Haelga gave me blue balls

I don't understand why Bethesda won't give us the option to have six in skyrim. Theirs a beautiful woman in Riften, Haelga, who dragonborn can't get his mind off of... especially after hearing ahttp://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-02-1715-32-25-38.jpgand how she uses http://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-02-1715-32-27-13.jpg After everyone walks awayhttp://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-02-1715-34-30-35.jpg to him. After a few minshttp://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-02-1715-51-35-15.jpgwhich kind of makes the dragonborn quite jealous in a way that he may "accidentally" whack a few people and send them whatever they go when they die.

The Dragonborn feels that he should have the first right to try out this leather harness, since he did save the world from Aldun.

What do you say Bethesda? Give us six option in skyrim! This is an RP game, right?

Edited: Fixed a misspelled word

My best guess is that they don't want to offend/alienate prospective female players.

FWIW I wish we could too because the dialogue is hilarious in games like GTA IV and Fable II and III. :lol:

At least in Fallout 3 we kinda' could with the one chick. :P

Well then women who are overly sensitive shouldn't be playing Skyrim if their that easy to offend. Maybe a nice E game would suit them better since Skyrim is a M rated game... for advlts only.

Agreed (here come the flames :lol:). Technically though: M and AO are different ratings. North America region coded (region 1 I think) consoles won't play AO games. <_<

if they can do it in Mass Effect, Dragon Age, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XL9BH22PYc0, they should be able to do it in The Elder Scrolls. if you can behead, burn, stab, smash people's heads in Skyrim, you should be able to have six in Skyrim (ever hear "make LOVE not WAR?)

"in Skyrim you can do whatever you want, be whoever you want - you just cant do this, and this, and this, these, that, those.. oh and this!"

You're the same one who was posting about your necrophilic impulses towards Margret, aren't you.

I don't think "lack of RP options" is your biggest problem.

Look how marriage turned out. It was a poorly done gimmick. Look how six is implemented in the other games myk_h mentioned; it's so corny it's unbelievable.

If you want some 'alone time', there's plenty of sites out there.

Yeah it's ok to bring in violence in the game but no six? No making love with your spouse? What's wrong with that picture? This is whats wrong with our society these days.

I enjoy how something that most people go through in life is censored and looked down upon in western society, whereas ideas and visuals of immense violence are way overused. Real backwards, eh? :tongue:

@buckom

oh i know. i play an assassin/thief as well. just forgot to type that in if i have to think of all the ways you kill in Skyrim hehe

@gerbil

i'm just saying that it would have been nice to have that option. i'm not saying it's necessary but you know, more options, down the line, means better for an RPG. i'm not one of those gamers with entitlement issues. i'm happy with the game for what it is =)

Because she says a few nice words to you, doesn't mean she belongs to you. So don't get jealous. She probably does it with about every male she approves anyway. ;) Oh, and bashing possible suitors' heads in won't gain you any favour from her side, on the contrary I'd say. :P

The Dragonborn feels that he should have the first right to try out this leather harness, since he did save the world from Aldun.
Oh? Feeling like the alpha male already? :biggrin: Be careful 'though, some prove to be a stronger opponent than Alduin, and they won't like you touching their women.

What do you say Bethesda? Give us six option in skyrim! This is an RP game, right?
But first give us cool guys too! I can't help but notice the balance between beautiful female npc's ~ cool male npc's is completely tilted in favor of the beautiful females.

Seriously 'though: just wait a bit longer. The construction set has only recently been released. And I'll be damn surprised if there won't be quite a few six mods - it's been that way for both Morrowind and Oblivion after all. If you're not playing it on the pc, well, yeah, you could try asking Beth, but I doubt they'll really do it. I think they'd rather build a certain foundation (marriage thing etc.), so the modding community can continue from there in however fashion and whatever direction they want it to be.

Not yet she doesn't... but fairly soon :) Im like Maven (I could be her son)... I have the guards under my pocket., and I'm the thane of Riften. If I want something done it gets done. I can steal your stuffs, and theirs nothing that's going to stop me from doing it since I'm with the guild.

The only one that can probably kick my ass is the guy (Tsun) from sovngarde. I wont lie but I've struggled with him quite a few times on master difficulties. I can't see anyone else being as strong if not stronger than him.

If modders in Oblivion can get female characters to do interesting things with potion bottles, you can bet they'll be quite a few doing it with Skyrim.

Well, not with Skyrim, but...

You know.

As a woman I really resent the implication my gender makes me a prude. I want to point out that it was an offended man who launched the campaign to get GTA rated M due to a consentual six scene in a game devoted to stealing cars and running people down on the streets. (The latter being no problem I guess.) No, I'm not going to include links to the info, that would just get him more hits on his web site to justify his hypocrisy.

I rather got a kick out of the movies in DA:O when your characters had six. I don't see why Beth didn't do something similar, except that I imagine it would have meant more time taken away from the actual playing aspects of the game. And, Cthulhu knows, they needed more time on that as it was.

I'm no Casanova, but the way the Internet misunderstands women is hilarious. Their minds are just as dirty as ours, lads, they're just better at hiding it.

Bethesda probably left six out of the game because of 'overfed suburban moms' (to borrow a phrase) and overprotective suburban dads who think that a nipble will permanently warp their adorable little darlings.

With a horker, if Oblivion's six mods are anything to go by.

My question to them: "Why did you buy your children rated M games?"

We live in a country founded by prudes, six has always been something that's talked about in hushed voices or dark corners. I think Bethesda kept it out just cause they didn't want a big stink to be raised about it by these supposed 'family values' type organizations.
