Let me guess everyone will be going into Dawnguard with STUC

I have had no problems with my game so why should I be demanding for fixes of the bugs I am not having.

Because the problems are there whether you've experienced them or not and believe me, you will eventually. Besides that, do you think the thousands of people on these forums who have complained of bugs are just lying and making up stories? If you believe them, why would you blow off their concerns by posting in a thread that shouldn't really concern you since you don't have bug issues?

Pretty sure you missed the point. He is saying, the gaming industry has the same attitude as some of you that they would rather get more content than having a polished game that works for everyone. Why? Because there isn't money in bug fixes I suppose, and as long as there are people willing to buy DLC's that sit on top of buggy games, why in the heck would they bother polishing the game? In other words, it's people like you who don't demand better products that causes the rest of us who have bug issues, to suffer at the hands of buggy software.
yes lets not forget the six months of debugging bethesda did before the extra content started coming in, despite a large amount of fans whining and wishing for it much sooner.

Ah but you see, even if I did have the terrible curse of the slight menu clutter it would not bother me in the slightest. You cannot expect everything to be fixed.

The beta testers have told us that Dawnguard is very Stable in terms of bugs.

I'm sure the bugs are very stable, and won't be going away anytime soon.

I had to use a terrible amount of console commands to advance through the BOTI quest. I can remove unwanted quest items, so.. no problem there, but I'd like a fix for it. And I have a quest for some Jarl PERMANENTLY stuck in my journal, I had to use the console just to make the quest marker stop showing on my compass, but the quest is still in my journal. Also, to all of you saying "I've had no problems, I just want DLC." I just really hope you run into a gamebreaking bug and stop laughing in other people's faces.

Well I hope the DLC has less bugs than the vanilla game, but of course this guy is talking about the vanilla game and where it stands right now.

I can't expect everything to be fixed? Well maybe not every single little thing like misspellings and crap like that, but I can't play the Civil War quest line because when I did, it broke everything about my game. Besides that, when consumers stop demanding top quality goods you know what they get? Crap. Keep on accepting getting kicked around and soon enough you'll be kicked hard enough that your eyes will pop open.

I expect the game I paid full retail for to be free of bugs. If there are bugs, I expect them to be fixed. Since launch, I have continuously emailed Bethesda to tell them about bugs I wanted them to fix. To date, none of these bugs have been addressed.

I don't pay for a movie to see a rough cut without special effects or soundtrack. I don't pay for a book to read a first draft. I pay for the finished, polished product. Games are no exception.

I want a ''force delete item from inventory'' button. I don't care if my game explodes but I don't want to carry this stuff, I take full responsibility if my saved game corrupts or gets unstable.
Buy from PSN and put a warn text in bolded red text that you have to stare about 5min before you can select it to your cart -_-

Pretty much after that I'm all set for dlc. Sighs...

If Bethesda fixed every Skyrim bug on every platform, it would have been released in 2022.

Well, if they can't fix their products, maybe they should be in a different business.

Not really, we are stupid enough to buy their products anyway, so why should they bother... *shrugs*

That's not true. Bethesda needs a MUCH larger QA team. With a good QA team the game would be in a constant state of bug testing as the development moved forward every day. That's how it works in a software company. With a quality QA team they could at least publish a game that doesn't have huge gaming breaking bugs. If they miss some misspellings or small things, that's fine, but they have allowed big problems into the product that shipped. Even then they could release patches to fix those bugs and maybe make people happy with their purchase even if they've dealt with months of heartache, but when someone posts a thread complaining about the big bugs that still remain, we always have to hear from the crowd who hasn't run into game breakers who just repeat the same crap over and over.. we want our DLC!

If we were to apply this philosophy to every developer there wouldn't be a video games industry.

Or if you cant tolerate bugs then maybe you should stop buying games? You should easily be able to research a company and there games before buying one to see if there releases usally are bug free.

There are no computer programs thats totaly bug free. Offcourse some gaming companies games lately tend to alittle to buggy.

Yeah... "to alittle to buggy" and I wonder why.. oh people like you who will buy any game regardless of quality because you want to play it and don't have the guts to stand for something better.

To be honest, I loved Skyrim. I had some issues, mostly minor, some a pain. And I love the game. If the biggest problem in my life is a few Skyrim glitches, my life is pretty [censored] awesome. I will support Bethesda when they keep making great games. If you don't want to, don't.
