One of the kids in Riverwood, what an arrogant [censored]. ''You're new here, so I'll go easy at ya. But don't get on my bad side''. It's a pity that you can't attack kids in this game, but as a warning I killed his dog, broke into his house and killed his parents right in front of him. He shouldn't have gotten on my bad side.

There is an Inn between Markath/ Riverwood (halfway), that kid says exactly the same. You can even comment on that.

-Taarie and her sister, owners of Radiant Raiment in Solitude, complete and utter altmer [censored]es.
-Bolund in Falkreath, worker at the lumber mill, one hell of a racist bastard and single-minded [censored] bag.

Guess what? I nearly always assassinate them on every playthrough.

Belethor in Whiterun is an arsehole
Lol, his voice annoyed me so I sneaked into his house at night and stole absolutely everything (even the things not worth any money), pickpocketed him and that other guy living there (including their clothes) and spent the rest of the game laughing every time I walked into his shop and found him wearing nothing but a loincloth.

Assassination is much too easy compared to a lifetime of humiliation and nakedness in my book.

As far as assassinations go though, I kill every vigilant of Stendarr and every Thalmor justiciar I come across. No exceptions.

Nazeem in Whiterun. That guy is a first class a-hole.

I second this, he's going to be one of my first targets when I join the dark brotherhood.

Molag Bal
Spoiler
I'm sure that he is not the "Evil monster" that you think, also he didn't kill the players, and ordering the player to kill the guy that wanted your help was a wise choise. He just wanted revenge on a priest of Boethiat(another daedra lord). And in this case,Boethiah,in mortal vissions is probaly one of the evilst daedra. His priests sacrificed inocent people, too feed him and blah blah(Boethiah made me kill Faendal, and i will never forgive's him).Molag Bal's takes care of Obvilion version of Hell,so it's probaly that he take soul of "evil beings" to burn in the fires of obvilion.Anyway, the Deadra lords does what they like to do.And will often help at the max they can people that is trying to aid them(for example Shegorath/jyggalag

When the smith's assistant in Windhelm told my Empire-supporting character that she wanted to make loads of weapons for the Stormcloaks to sever the heads of Imperials, he came back and assassinated her that night. Then the smith looked so lonely at his grindstone all by himself that my character felt quite sad and regretful. So that night he assassinated the smith.

Am I the only one who doesn't mind Belethor? He buys all my stolen goods and other things, and he'd even sell me his sister if she was up for sale.

The Empire is the establishment, thus making the Stormcloaks the ones committing treason.

Nazeem. Every time that snooty [censored] carries on about how much better than everyone he thinks he is it makes me want to forcibly sodomize him with the business end of my battleaxe.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Farengar, the court mage in Whiterun. That guy almost calls you stupid to your face. Nazeem comes second.

I find his assistant more annoying. Yes, Sigurd, you told me you work for Belethor forty times already. I'm surprised he doesn't boast that to the other citizens of Whiterun.
