do you miss behemoths

Post » Sun Mar 06, 2011 4:59 pm

All in all, I feel a bit homesick and want to go back East. The east had a more apocalyptic feel to it. *hopes somebody makes a Capital Wasteland mod*

Play FO1 it has a great apocalyptic feel then DC *IMO*. We get a new Fallout in the West and some people only want to go back to FO3

Most likely because virtually the whole dev team admitted to have never played the games. :P

They are larger and have more HP but they are more of a challenge to fight then a Behemoth any day.

Actually, i only noticed many of them were "Legendary" after sorting trough the corpses :D

I kinda miss them. I loved the first time I grabbed that bear, and then started poking around at the gore sack, and then WHOA!!! WAIT!! WHAT THE----

It was a little unrealistic that you could hide from them in a flimsy structure, but they are supposed to be pretty stupid.
I still haven't tried FO1 AND 2, but I liked the story revealed in Vault 87, and the overheard conversations. Nice and vicious on the part of VTEC, being horrible for profit and it all backfires, and the money's pointless anyway.

Goes all the way back to when FO3 was still in the Dev cycle.

If they replaced every Cazedor with a Behemoth, I would be a happy camper.

What, and have a wasteland populated by Behemoths who get stuck inside terrain and sink into the ground? No thanks.

Flying critters have always had a problem spawning inside a static in these games. Cliff Racers used to do the same thing even back in Morrowind. Then in Oblivion we had fish that spawned in hillsides.

However a Behemoth that is stuck in the ground would be quite fun to torture.

Yeah I liked the battles they put up in Fallout 3.

Do I want them in new vegas? I'm not sure. But maybe something like they represented. That Giant Rad Scorpion Queen was pretty fricking big...

Kind of but like people said before they wouldn't fit in on the West Coast

One thing I do miss though is the Mister Handy and Mister Gutsy Voices from FO3

Didn't Josh Whedon voice the new ones?

No I'm really glad they are gone - fighting Godzillla's got old a long time ago.

I really enjoy the bad guys in New Vegas, as deadly can come in small packages in this game.

Only thing I do wish for is more Legion spawns for Boone and I to "liberate" from their bondage.

I am waiting for the strain of FEV that causes sudden outbursts of singing.... Fallout: The Musical.

Featuring: The Lonsome Drifter

Now, that, sir, was just awesome.
