If you recruit the Prison Sheriff he fights to the last man and they butcher the town if I recall right.

I cant remember exactly what CL does to Primm but i dont think the legion destroys primm when i had Primm Slim as sheriff. Im sure as hell not playing as CL again, i hate it how you have to destroy BoS for the legion. cant make them allies like in NCR

Well, how were mostly disorganized barbarian tribes a threat to the more organized and technologically superior Roman Empire? How are insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan a threat to U.S. troops? Technology isn't a win button. It's an advantage, sure, but a lot of factors can lead to the defeat of a force that looks superior on paper.

Exactly. People need to study history. Technologically inferior barbarian races have managed to pwn quite a few technologically superior empires.
