Apply to be in the Dawnguard 360 Beta - Thread #4 [merged si

@Devlin88: While there is little doubt that the test would be more comprehensive if Bethesda made it available for all platforms, my guess is that it would break the terms of their agreement with Microsoft.

There are far too many lawsuits going on in the gaming world as it is. We don't want another one.

supposing that someone receives a beta key but he/she doesn't want to beta test because of some reasons can he/she give the key to someone else?

So I take it this is the first time they have offered some of the fans a chance to beta test? Seems strange they had previously only internally tested such massive games where so many things could unexpectedly go wrong.

For several months now they have been allowing PC users to beta test new patches through Steam. They said that this initiative was based on the success of the PC patch beta testing; they thought it would be fun to give X-Box 360 users a shot.

Of course not. "Someone else" was not selected by Bethesda and did not agree to the Non Disclosure Agreement.

For some reason that made me think of the guys selling the Blue Peter badges.

It would probably be a good idea. When the email the keys out, they will probably come with instructions.

Is this going to be a broken piece of crap at launch just like Skyrim was? That takes months to finally get repaired upto playable levels?
