LOL I don't understand why you guys keep saying the Enclave is dead. That's not true at all. They had bases all over the world. They were the only faction with Vertibirds for a very long time. They could have expanded to anywhere they damn well please.
No. In FO2 it was said that the Oil rig was their only main base. When that was destroyed the survivors went to the East coast, and had both of their bases destroyed.
They could mass produce vertibirds and APA MkII and Hellfire armors. That fact alone almost assures that they have a factory of some sort set up somewhere. "Bu-b-b-but they could have hand made them" you say? No. You don't hand-make a hydraulic pump or nuclear reactor that's small enough to be man-portable. Those are things that take a very precise robot to make. You would need sheet metal, bolts, nuts, and a bunch of other things that you can only make identically if made in a manufacturing facility somewhere.
Yeah, manufacturing facilitys... like maybe in their MASSIVE BASES. They weren't squatting in little bunkers... Their bases were huge. Huge enough to have manufacturing facilitys.
Also, the Hellfire armor
was hand made, at least towards the end.
The Enclave ain't dead. Not by a long shot. Just because Optimus beat down the DC faction doesn't mean they're out of the game.
Are you joking? All three of their main bases were destroyed, and their minor ones (which they only had on the West Coast) were overwhelmed and destroyed by either the NCR or the BOS. The ONLY survivors are the remnants, and perhaps a few squatting in a bunker in Chicago.
Of course, considering how little Bethesda cares about making sense or the lore, then yeah... Sooner or later the Enclave will come back, if only so the Call of Duty crowd can have teh awsoom bad guis to shewt.
