Everyone knows this quest. In the game she looks like a Redguard. Dark skin, looking pretty much like African in the real world. However in that link she looks like a white/Caucasian girl.
Also, I noticed several Alik'r during the quest appear to be white/Caucasian as well. Why is that? I thought Redguards where DARK skinned?
I know it's petty but it is annoying to me being big on true-to-lore stuff. You can make a white Redguard character, as well as a black Nord. Lol, I r sew comfoozed.
Hammerfell is a land situated with a massive dandy desert slap bang in the middle - a bit like North Africa with the Sahara desert. The Redguard appearance tends to vary from a Mali looking west African

To an Arabian berber / moorish look

Like the people of North Africa to the north of Sahara have years of relations with the people of Europe, I'm guessing the Redguards on the side closest to Cyrodil & High Rock are similar.
The Khajiit live in a desert, they're more like Arabian Cats
Asians are Akaviri, although it's more like Eastern Asian Snakes rather than Asian, but the architecture and design style simply screams Eastern Asia (China, Japan, Korea), and the glyphs seem to be Chinese, traditional or simplified
or Indian cats. I think the poster meany Indian when they said "Asian". India like Elsweyr is jungle through to the great sandy Thar desert of Rajasthan.
The Elven races can also be oriental influenced - Morag Tong is from an oriental word, forbidden city (Altmer capital) is also ancient name for Beijing, Dunmer wastelanders live in yurts which are tents used by Turkic / Mongolian people
Part of China is a desert too.
much like the wastelands of Vvardenfell
