Steam has a sega week, €59,99 for the complete pack, today AvP 50% off..

Maybe they'll manage to trick me into buying NTW.

Yeah, I've been wondering, which is the best value:
Buying the pack, or
Buying each game that comes on sale.

I don't think I want the shame of having Virtua Tennis registered on my Steam Account. :P

Hard to say, especially since what deals they are going to have are unknown, however if each day they have $25 off of a game (Which is unlikely) you save $125, with the pack you save $316. So for games-to-price ratio the pack is obviously the best option. However you may not play all the games in the pack, so buying individually might be a better deal for you.

What I do is look at the pack, see what games I'm interested in, and add up what they'd cost individually. If it works out as less than the package price, easy decision. If its about equal, then some of the less interesting games may make it worth grabbing.

Think I'll pass on the Ultimate Edition, since I've just ordered a boxed copy from Amazon that's like... 74p more expensive.

Some decent deals there, especially Bioshock 2 for only $25.

Ooh, a very nice deal, might have to get that - but just note that it appears to be the Loyalty Edition, which "requires S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl to install and play!" ;)

Total War Mega Pack is 66% off, to a new, low low low price of $20.40, or about £13 pounds. Includes all TW games up to Empire.

Also, for those of you who play Railworks, there's 25% off assorted DLCs.

I assume that just means you need a version of the game. Or do you have to have it on Impulse?

Oh sweet, thanks. I went looking on the forums for the game a few days ago but couldn't find anything and subsequently forgot to post the question myself, so that's handy.

Edit:
So just in case anyone else was wondering about the loyalty stuff I was indeed able to install the game having the retail version of Stalker:SoC on my PC. Just had to show it where the game folder was.

Just got portal for free and am going to get tropico 3 while that great 7.50 deal is going on. Have to buy Stronghold Collection on steam just in case I lose the disk too.

Looks like the Total War series mega pack is on a huge discount. Too bad I already own all but Empire and Napolean games.

Empire is the only Steam game I have, and I still bought it in the store. I am really against Steam since I had to wait 4 months after buying Empire: Total War before I could play it (believe it or not, 60% of America does not have access to low latency high speed internet).

I assume that, considering Civ IV is currently around $20 on Steam, these are pretty good deals. Just be aware that this copy of Civ IV is in a jewel case.

F.E.A.R. has been added to the Steam store. You can get it, togetther with the two expansions 'F.E.A.R. Extraction Point' and 'F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate' for €8,99. :)

BTW I didn't know Steam sold online strategy guides, or is this new? Anyway sounds like a waste of money at €7,49...

Europa Universalis III Complete and Hearts of Iron III are both on sale for $14.99 each. That seems like a good deal.
