Hehe, I think most TES players are guilty of that one.

Gotta love a randomized judicial system.

"He assaulted a shopkeeper!"- 40 Septim fine
"He kicked a chicken!" - OFF WITH HIS HEAD!

 :bonk:

Falling off of cliffs/down the sides of mountains.
We spend enough time clambering around in the rocks to have learnt to be careful by now but still we fall off.
Never. Ever. Learn.

REALLY early on on my orc character, I did the Main Quest up to killing my first dragon, realized I forgot to hike up the difficulty to Master. So I did that and decided to walk to Riften. Get attacked by dragon, get my backside handed to me about eight separate times. I finally get my hide screwed on straight, run past her and get activate the Word Wall behind her, which gave me Marked for Death. After a lot of YESing, I narrowly avoided getting roasted alive and used Marked for Death and not standing in front of her all the time to fell her. I felt like Jesus Christ Dragonborn after that.

Then I leapt off a ledge that was maybe 10 feet off the ground, in heavy armor, and died. I had only played Light Armor characters before so I didn't think about the increased fall damage until I hit the ground. ._.
