Yeah it's too bad if Altair and Ezio were put up against in a fight we all know who would win. Ezio would just

shoot Altair with his gun.
:P
I like Altair more.

Nah, Altair would use his throwing knives to hit the bullets out the air while using some of Max Payne's magic pain-killing time-slowey happy fun time drugs.

Maybe close to halfway. I did that 3-5 hours ago, gameplay wise. I still haven't beaten the game so I can't really tell you for sure.

As far as your progress goes you are nearing the end but still have a good while to go.Probably another 3 hours or so.

Uhhhh I don't think so. I've been playing for a few hours from the point he is at and I just finished the ninth dna sequence.

I think the carriage ride was about the middle of the game.

I borrowed the game from my friend about 2 weeks ago, and I loved it. The only parts I really didn't like about the game were the glyph parts. I hated them and I could never figure any of them out (although I only found 3...). Either way, I loved the game as a whole, and it was probably one of my games of the year. Also, I think Ezio is the better assassin.

I've found 9 or 10 so far. I've had a bit of trouble with some but I've figured them out without any guides. You'll never get me Mikedzines! :P

I've found 12

They're the biggest things that slow me down

Mostly since I have bad eyes and some of the hints or pictures are so small it's difficult to do them

The other parts I don't have any problems with like the code where you have to align the wheel with the numbers or symbols

I recently received my first HDTV, and this game looks great now, even if only at 720. I already beat the game, but I'm playing it again because I like it so much.

IMO they're actually fun to solve. Although sometimes having to find the symbol within a picture is annoying since some of the images are blurry.

The circle puzzles scared the [censored] out of me. As you grew closer to the truth, the truth became more disturbing and mysterious, as did the imagery. As I was turning the wheels I nearly jumped out of my skin when it clicked into place and I solved it.

I dunno why, it was simply scary.

When you figure out the truth do the video clips go in chronological order? They don't make any sense right now.

It actually replaces all your fragments and replaces it with a full seamless clip containing pieces that aren't in the fragments. Its pretty cool...and adds to the collosal spoiler which is the end of the game.

Altair wins for not being a jock, a rapist or a girl.

How is Ezio any of those things? That kind of statement demands elaborating.

I was really disappointed with the first game which I thought it was more of a tech demo. But I hear from most people that the second game has been greatly improved which makes me contemplate a purchase when it is released for the pc. One thing that particularly annoyed me in the first game was that they created such a large and beautiful open world but it was impossible to interact with anyone or anything at all. It was basically look but don't touch. Could anybody tell me if they have really improved on this particular aspect?

Not much. They've added in a few things like shops where you can buy armor and weapons or dye your clothes a different colour, but that's about it. Buildings are still non-explorable and people mill around in the street like they always did but you can't talk to them. At one part of the game
Spoiler
you get a villa where you can store all your weapons and armor, there is also a chest there which spawns money every 20 minutes. However it's not like a 'home' like in Oblivion where you can eat and sleep.

To me the game feels like I'm walking through a beautiful painting: it all looks very nice but it's superficial and lifeless.

Well unlike Altair, Ezio actually progresses in personality.

I disagree

Altair does progress in personality but it's more subtle

He changes from being arrogant and hot-headed to more level-headed and humbled

Lulz your horse can still blend

That's ok the fast walk is overshadowed by the fact that you can ride a gondola

Damn those things are fun

So I am not the only one who loves them.I tend to use them as my form of travel in Venice.
