Do you remember what it was titled?

What is the hint?

I forget what it was caled, but its on top of a building with a symbol.

EDIT: the symbol is a C facing down with a line going through the side.

I think you're referring to medicine pouches, and that raised the amount of medicine vials you can carry at a time.

This is with regards to AC1:

Is there any point in catching all the flags, helping all the civilians, synchronizing your map after climbing a tall tower etc? I did that in the first city, but for the second city (Jerusalem) I just finished the two main missions and went after the boss, without completing anything else (except climbing up one tower to expose my map). I just didn't want to do the same things over and over again, as it will get boring like last time.

I was thinking that they might now actually be "the" Adam and Eve, rather a simile for two other people. Kind of like what Bioshock did with their plasmids, only this time with real people. Or, of course, I could be overthinking things.
