I think the recent discussions on blog and Twitter point to a DLC announcement coming soon, while the image might not scream "Skyrim DLC", I think enough other signs point that it is likely.

I'd lean toward saying Skyrim DLC is most likely.
RAGE DLC is close second.

I cannot imagine it would be Fallout 4. That really seems like something they would save for E3 or some other highly publicized event. I would be shocked if they suddenly announce a game like Fallout 4 on a random day in April,

Don't think so as it doesn't seem to match the art of Dishonored. The graphics are more exaggerated and less realistic. That pic is almost like a photo.

My thoughts exactly. Sure like I said it doesn't look Skyrim to some but it could be and could be something else like RAGE, Dishonored, etc.

Like I said in my other posts, it would be different if this was on TES or Bethesda Game Studio's FB/Twitter feed (Which it is not).

But once again....who knows?

It's either Skyrim, RAGE or Fallout related. We already know that the Skyrim DLC will probably be called Dawnguard and that picture might very well be of a nord. Reminds me of the live-action trailer of Skyrim. And if it's Fallout, it would be something like Fallout 4 or Fallout: London. I'm excited no matter what it is

Not to answer for him, but I think so because I noticed it was well. That was in response to someone asking about Skyrim DLC. And it did imply urgency...

99% thats the picture has to do with Skyrim: The men in the picture clearly looks like a Nord and the figure in the foreground seems to be an elf (maybe an non-mutated Snow elf ^^)
