Umm....
I could load saves fine before 1.4.
If I shouldn't be loading this way, then why am I able to do so.
Plus, lots of us do it, you know when you're playing and something goes horribly wrong (read: Lydia dies!) you just reload a previous save and you continue on.
Quickload is good for really only one thing in a TES game - and that's for loading after dying in a fight. Anything that makes significant changes to the game state will cause problems because quickload doesn't clear what's in memory like you'd expect it to. If you're loading a game that is not
seconds old, you're better off doing it from the main menu.
Still have problems with dragons not engaging in combat. They come swoop around and around, but never engage, then just fly off.
This is not a bug. It may not be a desirable feature, but it's not a bug. It is one possible random dragon encounter. This specific type of dragon encounter is mentioned in the behind the scenes DVD. The reasoning being that the developers didn't want dragons to be merely one more type of creature that randomly attacks. They apparently felt that this gave them more variety.
Hello. I have found a bug in the Riften Jail. Im running latest Beta Update 1.4 from Steam. There is a problem with one wall - when player stand very close to it then the wall displays properly, but when player step away from it - wall dissapears and we can see void through hole. I attach 2 screenshots presenting this bug.

This has been there since 11/11/11. There have been multiple reports of it and many have attempted to communicate directly with Gstaff and others at Bethesda to make them aware of the issue, yet they have remained silent. I'm sure it is sitting in a bug database at Bethesda where it will be punted from update to update until it gets fixed or the community fixes it. The latter is far more likely to be the ultimate resolution of this issue.
