UGH, I just noticed they nerfed the Riposte move for rogues. That pisses me off so much; it used to be great. It disarmed the enemy for 6 seconds and did 150% damage. Now it just slows their attack speed by 20%. :banghead:

How hard is it to tank as a Deathknight?

Not really hard. Just keep popping DnD and call it good. :P

Used to play a lot but I've been slowing down recently. I play on Agamaggan EU, seems like a pretty solid realm. GearScore hasn't taken over yet and the population seem pretty friendly. http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Agamaggan&cn=Soliloquy Not a recent 80, but I abandoned him for a while and only just picked him up again.

edit: Haha, my professions are so pathetic :P

Yeah, that really is all there is to it. :D

K, you're in the upcoming list.

Skinning is really easy to get up, but it can take days. Just go to a starting area (I did Teldrassil), kill the level 5-10 stuff, and go from there. Just slowly keep moving into higher areas. I think I did, in order-

Teldrassil
Darkshore
Ashenvale/The Barrens
Thousand Needles
Tanaris
Un'Goro
Silithus

And then you can move to Outland, and then Northrend, where it's pretty straightforward. :)

Just not got around to leveling skinning, I have it on my paladin, rogue and hunter don't think I want to go through training it again :P

Tempted to give WoW a break for a while now, the fun has been svcked out of it for me. Most of the people I know treat it like a job, so I wanna get out before I start raiding 24/7 like I used to on my paladin.

Once you get to northrend you will get full skinning skill in a matter of hours, it's ridiculously easy. I had 450 skill by the time I was 73 when WotLK came out. Skinning in Outland is [censored] brutal though...

God, I just went to ToC10...normal mode. I have never experienced such horrible playing in all my life, we were mostly guildies and then we managed to get the four worst tanks in existance right after each other, one of whom started the event with all healers afk.

Completely killed any chance of me wanting to play anymore today, that was just terrible.

Exactly, and everyone in my guild knows what to do...so when all of us combined only attracted four idiots after each other...the idiocy levels for each person is off the charts!

Lol, yeah, I managed to get it at 71 on a rogue. Ran into Sholazar Basin, killed a couple 4-5 levels-higher-than-me stuff, and got my ass out of there. :D Skinning svcked in Outland, agreed. I don't think I had maxed out by 70 back then.

Heard the news? Blizzard is going to make the Auction House available from your browser (most likely through the Armory) which means you can do your in-game shopping without actually going in-game

yay or nay?

I'd say yay. I probably won't use it, but it's certainly not a bad thing, I think of it as a neat novelty feature than may come in handy at some point. It's a bit like buying in game pets, I haven't done it and probably never will, but I still support it. If someone is willing to pay for them the pet then good for them.

I wouldn't personally use it, but it sounds alright. I guess there's no reason not to do it, unless it's going to slow the site down like crazy...

I seriously doubt that will happen. Somehow I don't think bandwith is something Blizzard is concerned with :P

As long as I can check the stats/armor of players, I'm fine. Reason I said that is because the 3D modeling they introduced makes that site alot laggier than it used to be. At least for me.

Hey guys, I need a little help with something, as I've never used items like this before.

Would I be allowed to use http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=21568 and http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=21567 at the same time, since they're technically the 'same' item, but at the same time, they're not? Like I said, I've never used PvP leveled items like these before. I have the level 20 version, and I'm considering the level 40 version. But before I go waste 30 WSG marks, I want to know this.

Indeed, that's how the universe compensates for you having the audacity to actually group with competent people.

Generally, most people I group with via the dungeon finder are complete morons, how they managed to figure out how to type their password in is entirely beyond me, but once every hundred years or so, I get a group with quite nice people, which is somewhat spoiled by the realization that it won't happen again for a very long time.

I find it impossible not to be a misanthrope after having played WoW for any prolonged period of time.

Due to my craziness I deleted all my characters again and started a Death Knight, he's in the OP (Kazae). Such a sixy beast. After farming for the Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade I now have the arduous task of getting up my Mining and Blacksmithing.

That thing took me days to get. I have terrible luck when it comes to getting the right drops...

Were you involved in that crazy period of time years ago where everyone bought drake mini-pets for ridiculous amounts of money, and the drakes had 1 in a 1000 chance drops? :D

Took me 6 runs. Unfortunately after the 5th I had to wait because I couldn't enter anymore.

And I was thinking of going for Rivendare's mount once I hit 80.
