Vampire Lord and Werebear.

You and me both.

As Todd mentioned in his DICE talk, it's possible some of the content you saw will become available in some fashion. We're definitely working on some cool stuff and we can't wait to share it.
Awesome. Anything left out will make people sad since everything shown was sheer brilliance, but knowing some will see the light of day in some form is grand.

Vampire feeding system has never worked in TES. I was also quite dissappointed in the werewolfves too, werewolves are grey, not black... j/s I find it odd how video games turn lore into fantasy, it's supposed to be a curse, not a blessing.

Werewolves can come in many colors, just like wolves. White, Grey, Black, Brown, etc. Werewolves in BM and DF are Brown. Being a Werewolf is both a curse and a blessing. Depends who you are. If you are a loyal follower of Hircine then it is a blessing. If you are a normal person who follows the 8, or 9, Divines then it is most likely a curse to you.

Curse doesn't always mean being a weak pathetic creature, vampires and werewolves are super-human but their curse is the hunger and their other weakness, as someone said its both a blessing and a curse depending on how you look at it. Balance is the key thing we need here for vampires and werewolves. werewolves are great except they have no armour rating anymore. Forced transformations once or more every month would be a cool addition.
Vampires are near useless in skyrim, we know how to manage them and use the necromage perk but we still long for their legendary strength and speed. Warrior class players or in general, the average players would not find much use in vampirism.

Forced Transformation is one I do NOT want. Sorry. I disagree with that. That's another thing I changed in Morrowind.

Forced transformations are a must just not like in Bloodmoon, even though they only changed every night because it was a Bloodmoon. They should have Lycanthropy like in Daggerfall.

That is what i am saying, forced transformation once a month not every night and a warning for the players should come up as well, so they can flee a city or go into their homes for the transformation. Werewolf hunters and rival Werewolf packs would be cool too.

Yes I would like to see werewolf packs, maybe even a little town that are werewolves, and werewolf hunters besides the Silver Hand. I would also like to see vampire clans again and definitely some vampires and werewolves that live in society and hide their nature.

The Companions are a special case of Lycanthropy so they do not have forced transformations.

Vampire factions would be good but clans seem a long shot since i doubt bethesda would ever make a new bloodline of vampires for skyrim.

The Werebear interests me a lot as it could possibly be more powerful than a werewolf since natural bears can kill a wolf easy enough.

I view clans and a vampire faction kind the same thing. I hope if they include werebears they would be stronger than werewolves.

I still prefer the appearance of the werewolves though, best looking werewolves yet.

As for the whole companion werewolf special case thing, i still think they should have some forced transformations as it would be a good throw back to lore even if most game mechanics these days defy established lore such as the Volkiahr Vampires.
Plus it would add more to the "curse" thing of werewolves and changing at will can still be in it but since its done by will, they have to feed to maintain their form but on a full moon(s) they should transform and stay that way until morning just like previous werewolves.

I just hope all the good stuff isn't PC exclusive. I know Glorious PC Master Race and all that, but still...

I think the werewolves would look better if they had hair all over their body. I think the Companions shouldn't have forced transformations until you finish the questline because maybe Hircine feels betrayed and makes it so they are like normal werewolves again.

I too liked bloodmoon werewolves but i reckon these lycanthropes look more of a werewolf than bloodmoon ones as they just look like bipedal wolves but still are cool but these ones really do look like a half wolf-half man. As for hircine being displeased, well i guess it depends on quests but i think they should have forced transformations all along or at least until kodlak and the others want to deny hircine's gift.

By far the Skyrim werewolves look the best as far as half man and half wolf, I just think they would look better with hair all over their body. And that is the point in the questline when Hircine should make them have forced transformations.

Maybe the death of the Glenmoril Witches could trigger a change.

I was starting to think that, once you killed the Glenmoril Witches the deal was off and Hircine reverted them to "normal" werewolves.

I guess after that the only way a player can transform at will is with the ring of hircine unless they can still retain that ability but are just forced to under go monthly transformations on top of that.

Yes, exactly. They would pretty much become the Daggerfall version of werewolves.

it seems so far daggerfall still has the best version of vampires, i think skyrim werewolves are great except for the decreased armour rating from the patch screw-up but forced transformation once or more a month would make them feel more like traditional werewolves.

What about the Werebear, do you reckon it looks ok or if it needs less fur or something?

I saw it, but it wasn't that good of a picture it was dark and the part of the video it showed it lasted a second or two, I would say it look just like a fat werewolf I think they should make it have a little less hair than what it had in the video and instead make it look more muscular.
