you both do realise that in bethesda games such as fallout and tes that enemies level with you right? its not a glitch, its to keep the game challenging while the player has become very powerful.

I don't mind the armor rating as much. Just the regular issues with the werewolf itself. I.E, proper transformation among other things.

I know, but when I get killed by a bandit in two hits as werewolf something is wrong there when werewolves are supposed to be killing machines that are not so easily killed. I have no problems with enemies in human form.

Changing at will is not a bad thing considering one has no bonuses (except immunity) in human form like daggerfall. but monthly forced transformation is a must have but as long as one can still change at will.

The advantage between them could be that while the forced transformation allows one to be a werewolf from dusk till dawn without having to kill anything or at least once, but when changing at will, one has to keep feeding to maintain it but at least can actually use their powers when needed.

That sounds good, I still think in human form werewolves need some extra bonuses to strength or something, it isn't a necessity for me but it would be nice.
Kind of off topic: Is there really a "naked" woman that runs around Skyrim who is apparently a werewolf and she says, "stay away from me if you know wants best."? If that is true has anyone seen her does she relate to a quest or anything?

Again i say that is due to lack of armour rating which even before the patch may not have been good as proper armour.
once enemies level up with you their attacks are obviously stronger as they have high skills in archery, magic and melee weapons.

Apparently she is called the wandering lunatic but when i searched that it only came up as something in morrowind. I too have not seen her.

I have no problem with changing at will. I just have a problem with no lunar transformations. It should of been like Daggerfall. Two transformations monthly(Two moons, Masser and Secunda) and transform at will once or twice per day. With Bloodmoon concept of bloodlust. And with random thugs and Dark Brotherhood assassins going after you, it would be great if werewolf hunters of Silver Hand members randomely attacked you.

Yes, that would be great. I have a feeling if attributes were in, then werewolves would get extra powers in human form as well.

And about the naked woman, really? Where did you read this?

One does not need attributes to have super-human strength, it could be applied through bonuses and effects to brawling, blocking and one/two handed.

True, they should have done that to vampires and to a lesser degree, werewolves.

I like your idea it is exactly how it should be and I like your idea about Silver Hand members attacking you randomly. I believe I read that thing about the woman running around in her underwear somewhere here one the forums and several people had seen her.
