Waiting for DLC, Part 2

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 8:40 pm

J.E. Sawyer is watching this thread but I think I accidently distracted him with my Black Mountain Radio youtube vids. :C

Mr. Sawyer if you see this. All we want is to hear from you. You don't have to come hand download the DLC to my pc. We just want an update....and more Raman noodles....I'm finishing mine as we speak...I put a little egg and a slice of american cheese in there. It makes me feel Asian but I LOVE IT :brokencomputer: :fallout:

As with every other piece of data associated with Fallout: New Vegas, I have absolutely no idea when it is being released anywhere.

Where is the central control for Steam? If they're on the west coast USA, they may still be waking up, it'd be 8:30ish for them.

EDIT: Woo me, this is my 10000th post. :celebration: I have now officially been here too long.

only if that was true i hope we get a new patch with HH because 1.3 makes my game ctd on loading to a new place lol so if they are letting the xbox peeps playtest it they better fix what ever is wrong with it :)

If you use masterupdate then do a masterRestore and it will fix all of your ctd's

Has anyone figured out why? Does it clear out some sort of junk data?

West Coast. Steam forums are saying 10am PST, which is basically when Steam starts a new business day, if you go by how that's the time during sales when the daily specials changes. That's the logical release time I guess. The next one is mid-afternoon, when they usually release all of the patches.

Edit:

Because Dead Money released at around midnight for each timezone, you can actually tell because of the comments in Millenia's BAR texture pic in imageshare, we're complaining.. I hope.. well that and the 360 got it before us.

Chr finished, few chores done, and now I'm getting sleepy. I think the most productive use of my time, while waiting, is to take a 2-3 hour nap. :teehee:

Ok, but they have already released The Witcher II and Fable III today, so....

Its official. What BethOb meant by release of 5/17 was of 2012. Or....Duke Nukem Forever.

Seriously, its electronic media. it should be released at 12am across the board for all platforms in all time zones.

If it is in fact an issue on Stream's end perhaps Gabe needs to put the donuts down and fix it.

Hey, Duke Nukem Forever is coming out.......... soon............ someday........... must, not, lose, hope. x_x

Can't read / remember. My bad.

/Admitting to waking up an hour ago but still actually sleeping.

Edit:

I'm gonna say that 10am PST does sound about right though.. but only time will tell.. literally.

They got less than 7 hours here before it turns 18th, and at this rate, I guess they'll succeed in doing so.

ok ok ok, heres a quick maths question for everyone, especially Steam and whoever is responsible for our wait..

If the page limit in each topic is 11 pages, how many topics do you think we will get through before YOU RELEASE THE DAMN DLC?? p.s. the answer should be ZERO!
