The thought of Earth beeing the only sentient life bearing planet in the universe..... That would just be a kick to the balls! Life would get so boring, and lonely.

I'm afraid of the continued downfall of humanity. People seem to keep getting dumber and dumber as the years progress, and I fear that humanity as a whole is just going become brain dead zombies at some future point. I see the stupidity all around me, from a guy on the street to the highest levels of gov, and it SCARES me.

Mediocrity.

This isn't that big of a fear for me, it's a society that promotes it that I fear.

People have always been "stupid," and there have always been people around to worry about those "stupid" people. The only reason it seems worse now is that we have computers and tv to show us all of the "stupid" people out there, whereas in the past people could only see the "stupid" people living in their own town.

Definitely heights. I get that "butterflies" in the stomach feeling even playing video games if my character is on a ledge or railing very high above the ground. At the insistence of friends I rode the http://lh5.ggpht.com/freehotelreview/SQdzYOfl61I/AAAAAAAAADE/nYamy_gzjeg/s800/Stratosphere_outside.jpg thrill ride on the top of the 350M (1150 ft) Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas. Absolutely terrifying - thought I was going pass out. I got chills just looking at the search results trying to find a pic to post. :shocking:

I get that with every video game with big drops. It's a bad feeling.

I'm afraid of heights.

I swear there's one of these every week.

Snakes. I'm deathly afraid of snakes. Can't look at them, can't see pictures of them, DO NOT go anywhere near the reptile house in Zoos, and all around hope I never ever ever ever ever ever ever have to see one.

Think about it like this, by the time we can go to other worlds that have life on them we're going to be long gone! If they find any, I mean chances are there are places with life on them like we have here and if there aren't we will find out a way to terraform the planets. But this is way in the future when we are all gone ;)

That guy in the mirror, he does exactly what I do and at the same time...but sometimes, if I look just far enough away to catch him in the corner of my eye, I can see him trying to bite and claw at me.

Thanks for cheering me up with this. When my sister and I were LITTLE we would fight with them.

- spiders I'm terrified of.
- Clowns. *shiver*
- Swimming in pools with pictures on the bottom of them.
- Hights. Although its not so bad anymore.
- Getting on drugs resulting in becoming a homeless bum on the street all the while failing at life.
