What's the point anymore?

Wait I thought you were American/English

All americans like to pretend they're from somewhere else, its kind of adorable really, like when a child puts its mother's make up and high heels on.

See? Everyone ignores me. I don't mind. :)
And does that stop me? Nooo, of course not, because in reality, I'm thick. Like two short planks. Not to mention not knowing when to shut up.. e.v.e.r.

did I mention my new house? It has a back yard even

I was born in America (Hawaii) but my family is from Asia (mom's side) and Europe (dad's side)

Hmm, well, I was willing to disagree with them, but I would often assume a mentality that was similar to their own, for as long as I knew them. It was only when I noticed that my accent and dialect had a habit of changing on this basis that I realised what I was doing. And then it occured to me that I didn't really know what my base personality was. Probably how I am on these forums is as close to the real me as anything else.

Holy God we are the same person...

Heh, you have a cuddly bear as a friend now. ;) That's always a good start on these boards - you don't want to get on the wrong side of him!.

A cuddly bear with a tattoo of a spider :stare:

Anyway I've been a member of these forums for about 2 years and haven't truly made any friends on here.

All it really is to me is nice social Discussion and I like it.

Of my time here, I have never pvssyd with anyone, nor added anyone as a friend. I just hope to threads and stuff and discuss, though my home is the TES lore forums.

But do not despair, http://1d4chan.org/images/9/93/Nurgle_hug.JPG :D

It does, but not treehouse worthy (house isn't old enough, and the land used to be pastures.)

There's a lot would argue with the mature bit, let's just say old.

See Cassandra?
It's just about dumping it out here with the rest of us slobs.., about whatever's bugging you, or just to say hi..
And occasionally having to shoulder yourself through to get a word in edge wise.. which can be tricky with this lot, as you will undoubtedly notice for yourself.

:)

..and you, young lady, aren't old. Never! Prime living years are at the now. So stop that nonsense right this minute...
And yes....
I'm talking to you. Why, any other six ft blonds living in HK that around here? Didn't think so.

First off this has no intention as coming across mean, as that isn't the point.

I understand it's a disorder, but if you keep seeing yourself as better than everyone else and everyone else as lower than you nothing is going to change. Everyone has their flaws, and you can't create a perfect friend in your mind because no one will ever live up to that standard. There's no sense in me coming in here and patting you on the back and saying everything is going to turn out okay, because it isn't. The world isn't suddenly going to say "let's give this guy/gal a break", people aren't going to be friends with someone who thinks their better than them and expresses it or someone who doesn't talk to them, both are generally a big put off. So your basically down to two decisions, either change how you act or keep going down the path you are headed. Some people aren't people person's and that's fine, but it seems to me like you know which one of the two you want to be, and came here for reassurance that you don't actually need to work at it.

Anyway, good luck, with whatever you decide.

I don't seem to be able to fit in any where. I'm nice to most people but that just doesn't seem to matter because they always run away or turn on me eventually. I've been coming here for years, on two different accounts, and I've never made one friend here. I added someone awhile back(Amazon Queen) but she removed me. I guess I didn't talk enough....

I suffer from agoraphobia, social anxiety, and depression, so it's difficult going out in the real world to make friends. It's getting difficult to make friends online too...everyone seems so stuck up, shallow, and snobby. I'm losing hope in going on...little by little...day by day. I think I'll just lock myself away for the rest of my life untill my heavy smoking and drinking (hopefully) kills me.

Don't worry. Me and my best bud(s) on these forums don't even friend button each other. Besides, I think there was an update a while back. That may be what caused it.

What is the friendslist actually useful for -sorry for the derailment, shouldn't be a big one..
But yeah, the friends list.. does it have an easier pm finctionality? fringe benefits :hubbahubba: or just the warm cuddly feeling that someone added you to their list?
