What would you do if you woke up in skyrim?

First, I'd fire off a Master Level Poop Storm in my pants. Second, I'd go to Whiterun and let Aela the Huntress talk dirty to me.

Considering how I play the game, I'd probably wind up being am enchanter/smith that specialized in dual enchanted weapons, armor and jewelry in "real life" Skyrim. =p

If I (as in me, as I am now) woke up in Skyrim, and the world situation was as it is in the game... I'd be dead in three days. Three days is actually generous.

Don't speak the language (none of them).
I'm old.
Have none of the skills needed to live in that world.

... I could go on, but you've depressed me, I have to sit comfortably in my air conditioned house and watch TV, see what's in the fridge, check email, then hop in my automobile, drive to the office, and [censored] at my employees. I'm swamped.

Dude no...... this would be the time to do drugs. Call yourself a prophet. Gather a following. Create your own Delphi temple.

Probably die.

My best hope would be to get to the college of winterhold and hope they find my knowledge of mathematics interesting enough to provide me room and board.

Either that or join the town guard. Though I'm rather partial to my knees. I wouldn't mind the companions too much...they'd probably get a kick out of the martial arts I know. Clearing out silver hand bases seems a bit overwhelming to do by myself though.

I would make friends with the horkers and live among them on the northern ice floes, studying their physiology and social behaviours.

Eventually I would write a book about my experiences and observations, titled Horkers In The Mist

I would Most Likely be just like my Kahjitt Theif and spend my time being the leader of both the Darkbrotherhood and the Thieves guild. I would be provided the safety of being among thos ei can trust.

I would also add in a grotto feature and be surrounded by the finest fair Maidens from the world of Nirn.

I'd mock bears by standing on a slightly elevated piece of land.

I'd go find a giant and sell him a goat...I'd probably be accused of it sooner or later.

I'd become a wandering alchemist, moving from major town to major town by cart, picking ingredients and then mixing basic potions to sell for room and board, and save up for training in martial skills, so I can travel further afield for ingredients. I would also learn basic magic and practice as often as I could.

I'd befriend the Kahjiit caravans and travel with them too. And when I could afford it I would hire a companion to protect me.

I would probably start freaking out (in a bad way), then I would go around and try to find all of you nice people who seem to also be in this strange situation. Seeing as we all seem to be in the same boat im sure it would be better to stick together  . nd

Either that or i would go around to random people who i know from playing the game and freak them out by randomly finishing their sentences, and telling them their future/ talking about things that only they should know about. Then maybe they will think I am some kind of super powerful god and give me stuff.

Or maybe you'd freak them out so much they'd just kill you. They aren't the most intelligent people, why else would they attack a dragon with their bare fists?

if you want to find me, i'll be hanging out in Jorrvaskor or generally around whiterun. i will be found outside Dragonsreach daily at noon, if any of you Forumers are trying to find someone else from Earth (kinda like I Am Legend). just approach the High Elf and use the keyphrase "Bethesda".
in soviet skyrim, i'd find a network of tunnels under Whiterun and use it as my base

I'd invent the telescope, light bulb, or something else that anyone with a basic circuitry or engineering knowledge could make. Then I'd pretend to be the smartest guy ever, sell my inventions, join the College of Winterhold, learn magic, become a Vampire, and punch Nazeem in the face.

Spend the first few hours getting all exited, and playing with my new tail. (I'd be an Argonian). Then I dont really know. Most likely give a bunch of things a try, and see which Im the best at.

The question I have to ask OP is, "Are you referring to us as we are or are you referring to the character or characters that we play?"

Me being me in that time period, I would most likely be a hunter / gatherer; or perhaps even a shopkeeper, who specializes in Sword and Shield and Bow and Arrow. Conversely, if I was my character my gender would therefore be an Amazon / Nord who specializes in being a dual wield battlemage. Although, dual wielding in reality is harder to defend.

Harder to defend against in real life. imagine one shield against two swords coming from different directions at once. It's the reason why dual wielding became so popular.

Marvel at how much bigger the cities are when they aren't limited by the consoles.

Then probably set off to learn magic and maybe join the Dark Brotherhood.
