Who was your hardest video game boss? : Othor Games

Most frustrating? Sephiroth in KH 1 and 2. I was 10 and lost several controllers to him.

Most difficult? Emerald Weapon in FF VII, I only beat him by using the item cloning exploit. Who needs to heal when you have 99 max elexirs?

Seems like alot of people here should have met me when these games came out..

Emerald Weapon has so many easy ways to beat him, but the most careful is by getting KOTR and mine + quadric+bahamat zero and 3 Final Attack+Revives(maxed out). 30 min fight, but you cannot lose. Another way is to go in the least amount of materia as possible.

GoW 3 the Tempest on insane- Took me around 40 minuntes by myself and I raged alot :banghead:
KOTOR 2 Darth Treya- My character svcked the first time I got to this point and I died almost ten time before I found a cheating method.

Was KOTOR 2 the one that had the feat that added your Wisdom to all defensive rolls? I remember the Traya fight being ridiculously easy when I played as a super-high wisdom character.

EDIT: It was. You learned the special feat from the Handmaiden. My Wisdom was so high that I was practically impervious to damage. Add in the amazing heals I had as a Jedi and the game became easy mode. I had to always play as something else after that in order to keep up the challenge.

I know people will take me as joking, but I actually had a hard time with bower in Super Mario 64.(Last world) Grabbing his tail and swinging it into the exploding spikes. Then another would be Ganon in OOT, timing your sword swings to hit the energy ball back at him.

Ninja gaiden 1 of the 1st bosses u encounter, i just remember him being on a horse and shooting me with arrows and owning my [censored], but that made this game 1 of my top 5 games ever, u just dont find a challenge in games anymore

The first dungeon boss of Zelda OoT. My few hours playing the game as a young boy were made up mostly of rolling around houses, through the place you get the shield and frollicking in the waterfall. I was horrified of the spiders in the great tree so luckily my dad was able to best them.

I can't think of another boss that really gave me trouble and forced me to spend hour upon hour fighting them. I guess its because I dont best a lot of games or don't play many games involving tough boss fights.

Usually its a mission somewhere in the middle that kills me but it seems that these days boss fights a re more so cinematic encounters not meant to be lost, I'm sure playing Dark Souls would change that outlook.

Never been able to get too into the Touhou games (pretty much all of my bullet hell comes from Cave) but damn if some of those bosses aren't tricky.
