from my logic I can say.
Xbox pay like 300 dollars for their machine.
Pc pays 1000-2000 dollars for and average machine.
so its only fair that xbox gets 15% and we get the full 100%.
By my logic, I realize that there are laptops for $500-600 that could run games as good or better than an Xbox 360.

Also by my logic, lots of people have bought new regular size desktops over the last 3-4 years, those that picked a CPU with 3-4 cores will just need a graphics card and power supply. $150-$200 for a GPU & PSU and another ~$100 if you need to pay to get it installed and you have a fairly capable machine. Dual Core machines are fine to upgrade, but I take in the consideration of longevity of the system as to if it is worth it.
If you want to go really bare bones, there is integrated graphics. Intel is terrible, but ATI/Nvidia graphics

There seems to be plenty of Skyrim vids featuring many low end video solutions on youtube if anyone wants to look up theirs.
...console users should just realize that most of them could of [...and should of] bought it for PC to begin with.
