That's why I remapped it to Middle-Mouse...
I think my only noob moment was taking on a bear... on level 10. But hey, you won't know until you try, will you?
Have you beat. At approximately level 7 or 8, I came across a dragon wall, walk up to it, fight and kill the dragon standing between me and my newest Thu'um, and casually stroll up to the wall to claim my new skill. Suddenly, the coffin next to the wall bursts open, and my semi-injured lvl7 mage is facing one of the names Dragonpriests!!! (I am thinking Morokei, or whichever one is outside and next to a dragon wall...). The part that keeps it from really qualifying for a newb moment is that through very liberal use of nearby cover, vast amounts of healing spells, and a LOT of arrows, I actually managed to kill him, and claim my first mask! His spells hit me for approximately 65-75% of my total health. To this day, I have no idea how he never managed to hit me twice in a row...
One good newb moment: I was wandering southwest from Solitude, with a quest in Markarth being my eventual target (or maybe I was just wanting to explore, since I hadn't been to that side of the map yet). I was walking along the river, and stubled into a mess of mudcrabs. I was near max capacity, and don't like leaving unlooted corpses, so I was actually trying not to kill anything, both to avoid having to sort through my inventory for stuff o drop, and to leave enemies to return and fight later... SO I decided, "meh, I'm not gonna kill these mudcrabs now..." I turn, and jog off, thinking, no problem, I can outrun them... Unfortunately, I pick a course through a couple of trees, and when I pop out the other side, I am right in the middle of a pitched fight between a spriggan and her summoned bear, and a fire mage. I happen to make the dumb mistake of firing off a spell, which happened to be an AOE frost spell, which happened to aggro all 3 of them. The mage's spells begin hammering me pretty badly, and I am forced to start healing to keep alive. I make the decision to flee yet again. Due to my positioning in the fight, my best course is to turn roundabout, and retreat back towards the mudcrabs who were still chasing me. I sort of run through them, take an angled course, happen to pick up first one, then two packs of wolves. In my continued flight, I decide that maybe if I gain elevation, I will find less hostility. I find a path up a nearby mountain, fly up it, and manage to run into a sabercat and a bear, followed shortly by a frost dragon which happened to be patrolling the area for an easy meal. The dragon found a lone adventurer, who was mauled, bitten, pinched, punched, burned, clawed, and stung, to be a relatively easy meal. He had no trouble finishing me off... I reloaded back to the stables of Solitude (I forgot to mention that before all this, I had purchased a new horse, and was on foot because had managed to lose him shortly before to another dragon...
...After the reload, I decided to go to Whiterun instead...
