Quite alot actually. The puzzle in Bleak Falls Barrow I was stuck on for a good 15 minutes. Then I realized, 'Oh wait the second snake is in front of me, it just fell, lol.' Also, when I got Shadowmere I was like 'Shadowmere's immortal? [censored] YEAH IMA GO JUMP OFF SOME CLIFFS!' Shadowmere lived 43 seconds after Astrid granted me posession of him.

I decided I would jump off the bridge on Valtheim Towers and do a high dive into the river, no other reason but to see it how it looked. The problem was that before deciding to do this I had taken a call and been on the phone a good hour and I'd forgotten I wasn't at Valtheim at that time. I unpaused and leapt off...... onto rocks!

Lol I had a similar experience. Let's just say it's not safe to go for a ride off the waterfall by Valtheim.

Done that as well, also there is a spectacular death possibilty while riding the waterfalls near Shore's Stone and Darkwater crossing! I do sometimes ride the rivers though, can be fun to see where you end up and I found a good few new locations started off at Whiterun and just went with the current to see where I would end up! (save often if you try this!)

God, I just face palmed completely last evening.

350 hours in on one character, level 47... I haven't maxed out smithing, I'm trying to play a bit more reasonably. I had some smithing gear and I drink a potion to increase my smithing skills by 49%, but I couldn't get my sword to be more than 40 damage at legendary... I figured I'm not abusing the system, so I'm not going to see the huge numbers people are posting about on their weapons.... then I saw it...

The one-handed perk tree, omg, has 5 separate levels of the first perk, Armsman! I am positive that was the first perk I selected in the game (in any TES game for that matter), and saw that it opened up the other perks in the tree and never realized I could add 20% better attack 4x more times. That is a double facepalm right there. I added one more level (2/5) last evening and my sword went from 40ish to 70ish damage. Fully perked, that thing will be a beast.

I can't believe I played this entire time with only 20% added damage to my attacks, lol. Whoops!

Mine was at the beginning of the game I went up to a giant thinking it was friendly, and got knocked 200 feet in the air
That and the multiple times when I discovered that the waters in Skyrim ain't deep enough to make a freefall jump.

Me: "Oooo what a pretty floor medallion" right before going and standing on it in Bleak Falls Barrow. This was quickly followed by an "oof" as the spiked door slammed me (my corpse) against the wall. I had another similar hair brained moment when I came upon my first rune trap.

Panic shouting Whirlwind Sprint instead of Ice Form. Mid fight. With 5 health remaining and no potions. I died.

I walked out of Windhelm a few days ago. I thought I check out the pathways left and right and to see if there is anything new at the entrance of Windhelm ... and at my first turn do I fall down.
