Issue I am having with 11.10 version 2 (10/7/11)...
1. NPC's are stuttering again like crazy. They appeared to be fixed, but as time went on playing it got progressively worse until I hit subway town. Then it was just terrible stuttering in full-swing. Also see NPC's guns sometimes hovering above their hands or strange things like that. Also I can see strange lines on NPC's faces, like they were pieced together in blocks or something. It's noticeable when talking to the vendor in wellsprings. Well after TV-bash, nearly when you are almost into subway town, the npc stuttering gets very, VERY bad.
2. Been seeing some strange blue textures on things when I load into new area's. If I get closer to these textures in the games world the disappear and I don't see them again until I load to a new area. It is really quite strange.
3. Having some micro-stuttering here and there while playing. The stuttering is so brief that it hardly impacts gameplay or performance (I stay at 58-60 frames all the time), but I figured I'd mention it, because I did notice it.
4. Fraps 3.4.6 does NOT work properly. Video recording drops frame rate down to 19-20 (clearly a bug) doesn't matter if its half screen or full. The game then gets so choppy that it is virtually unplayable when trying to record with fraps. This is clearly a bug, as I can record battlefield 3 with almost no frame loss at all in full screen.
