Consoles can't handle SSAO, so naturally it is PC only. As for the 'graphic tweaking', SSAO only works for games which support it, which Skyrim now does. You just need to enable it on the driver as the game has no menu option for it. So yes, it has been 'added' .

Actually, that whole thing got me more interested in playing WoW than I ever have been. Then again, Kung Fu Panda 2 was one of my favorite movies last year (2nd best animated film behind Rango in my opinion), so that didn't hurt it for me, but it was mostly the speech the panda was giving about fighting that caught my attention. Plus, an anthropomorphic bear is no more stupid sounding to me than an Orc or a Dark Elf is as a concept. Execution is everything though.

Hircines motives are clear paste "OMG, I WANT TO HAVE FUN AND KILL THINGS", While Mora is so alien and un-human that he appears as a lovecraftian mass of tentacles or a "WRETCHED ABYSS"
