I'm thinking about it but I can't think of one single reason why Moira would travel to New Vegas.

The more I play New Vegas the more Rex has grown on me. The first time I fired the game up and got Rex I hated him because he was not Dogmeat. Now I kinda like him a little better that Dogmeat, although he still gets in my way too much (that's when I http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38045)

I still think That Elder Lyons might be a good choice to bring back. Despite my personal feelings on his actions in the Capital Wasteland, and the fact that I still think he should face the western elders to answer (for good or ill) for what took place in DC. Elder Lyons could really help the western Brotherhood turn things around, and potentially get them out from hiding underground in their bunker.

The Western Brotherhood in their current state cannot survive, and must adapt in order to become relevant.

Colonel Autumn actually injects himself with some type of medicine before he collapses on the floor. Enclave-made Rad-X or something, probably. You can see him using it if you look closely and the camera is right. It is safe to say that all the others in the room have died though.

I never would have known about his injecting himself with something if you hadn't mentioned it. I will look out for it when I get to that part of the game. Thanks. :)

Maybe she wants to write a sequel to her Wasteland Survival Guide. ;)

I'm actually considering that this may be a good idea. Uncle Leo was a real drifter and Obsidian is good at making the characters more memorable. In FO3 Uncle Leo was very under-done, and it'd be cool for him to travel out to the Mojave and stumble upon the west coast mutants which could be the whole base for the of that DLC. If that were the case it would really improve the amount of Super Mutant content in New Vegas.

I have yet to come across this particular fellow. He sure sounds like he would be interesting to encounter.

I would guess that any of the children from Fallout 3 (since you can't kill children) though there were some charaters you couldn't kill (Due to quests)
I personally would love to see Mayor McCreedy escorting Out-aged Little Lamplighters and/or several BigTown residents.

*Your walking through the desert you see a cave walk in then hear several gunshots next to you*
McCreedy: THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING IN HERE MUNGO. GET OUT BEFORE I BLOW OFF YOUR [censored]IN HEAD.
Biwwy: Wish I Stiww had my Waser Wafle
Joseph: Wait Mayor maybe he can help us.....

This would probably be a side quest added by a DLC but I would love to see it

But why, this is terrible , I tried not to kill her to stay on good terms with Megaton but I would always quick save just so I could pin her head to a wall with a railroad spike, nevermind I know why , its because I will get to kill her with more weapons than last time. :flamethrower:

Yes, assuming that it would be in the Commonwealth Why would it be desmond the guy from the Point look out right? You had a choice to kill him so it would be wierd for the poeple that see him again after they killed him.

Depends on whats Canon.

In FO1 and 2 they have a canon story of all major happenings of what happened in the games. Wether or not Desmond dieing is major or not(probably not) but its still possibility. Besides his story is to interesting to just disappear because some trigger happy players didn't like taking orders from his foul mouth.

Must be Victoria Watts, she has the very annoying habit of turning up in the most unusual places.

They are in decline does not mean they are falling apart and almost gone. The war against BoS and NCR probably did spread beyond the Mojave but we have not learned of Lost Hills being destroyed. The fact that NCR's economy went to crap tells me BoS were kicking some butt. Mojave BoS only went into that hole because their leader was a wuss. The War ended and chances are the BoS being allies with NCR will be canon.

The Devs would not kill off the BoS without telling us. DC is a tiny little dot and California is huge. Brotherhood have been around long before NCR and they have built bases all over the place. They could have chapters outside of NCR territory.

Story with Maxson makes no sense then again little of FO3 made any sense. If you are facing trouble in at home why sent the last Maxson across unknown america with only a small company of BoS :glare:

Brotherhood(Original) is still out there it isn't destroyed or barely survived. Who else wouldn't get along well with Elijah and send his chapter to Mojave wasteland.
Second, battle for helios on mojave surely wasn't the first battle between ncr and brotherhood, Colonel Cassandra Moore is said to have survived 4 campaigns against brotherhood back in California.
So surely NCR and Brotherhood have a history.
And about Lyons' chapter... well

EDIT: Sorry didn't see rusina's post already mentioning Moore

Sig?

wondering that to, so I checked the F3 character list. Only thing close to Sig is Sid, a deranged prisoner in vault 87. So unless Sig is in fallout 1 or 2, I think it's a typo.

There wasn't a Sig in 1 or 2 either. Sig might be short for Sigmund (?).
