Cutie Mark Crusaders and You

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 9:30 pm

Ban them all and let Gstaff sort them out.

I am done paraphrasing movie quotes now....
I have come here to chew bubblegum and have an extended fight scene with Keith David, and I'm all out of Keith David.

- quote

- quote again on a new tab

- copy, paste

- do some mod cheating..

- done.

I take my fish either raw or deep fried please..
When quoting a post in a thread any quotes aren't included (although they are in PMs). So if you quote a post which is entirely contained in quote tags it will show up as blank.

But you are correct that moderator cheats are an instrumental part. :)

Does posting under the influence warrant any leeway, or is it only a matter of time for me? :unsure2:

Edit the post so it has something other than quotes and then change it back. ;)

Yep, I stealth edited in a letter, quoted that, and then stealth removed it. :)

The moderators aren't really answering the question in the OP.
Do they want more contact with the moderators? etc.

Hey Archie!. Lookit me! :twirl:

Good seeing you, BTW.

Edit: Milt comes around. Drop him a line.

Hi cute Yasgur! Hi Milt!

Second thing: Don't start your pm off with something like.. "Are you out of your [censored] mind you [censored] faced [censored] idiot? Are you naturally [censored] or did you study to be that stupid?" Even that would usually be a warning and suspension for flaming rather than an outright ban. [Unless the person was on their last warning, of course.]

Generally questioning our parentage, species, gender preference and giving specific directions on where to go and what we should do once we get there should usually be avoided as well. Most of that would end up being a warning and posting ability suspension, though, except in the last warning case thing. [We log complaints and issues in the Admin/mod forum so the admins can see what is going on if the poster wants to take their issue to Gstaff or Nick. It can be rather interesting to see the creative language people can come up with at times.]

I used to call those "love letters"
Hey, didn't know you were still around!

Well someone used Summon Archie... :deal:

I accept your quest!

as long as it doesn't involve me going near the scary Archiemage in the old, ruined Castle Bethesda. Pretty sure that place is haunted.

But okay...

In general, do you like the Moderators here?
Yes.

Do you know any of them personally? Have you met any in real life?
Know some of them quite well, haven't met anyone yet.

Would you like to have more or less contact with them?
Fine as it is. We communicate a lot behind the scenes and can always contact each other when needed.

Anything else you wish to add?
I think someone here may have read a bit more into those questions than you intended.

You must go to Castle Sm?land and find Archmoderator Freddo and tickle his feet when you are done with that you muste eat at least one piece of Tyrkisk Peber, extra points for volcano flavor.

Do I want more contact with myself? Sorry, way too much innuendo in that question to take seriously.

Huh, never thought of that. I hit Edit and copy the post, then Quote and paste it in between the tags.
But then your redirect and time stamp will be off, presumably causing small children to cry.

I won't let you down.
We have the utmost faith in you, at least in this regard.

The mods here are chilling, and nice to talk to. I've been on barely-moderated forums (sure most of us have) and this is way better IMO. How much contact you have with mods is entirely up to you.

It would be nice to meet up for drinks once in a while; however, we live quite far apart from one another.

That's why when you drink, it must always be done in moderation.

Can I play the game too? :ermm:

I've spoken to Leydeene and Hungry more than a few times, so I have some contact with them, but I won't say I know either of them exceptionally well, or have any other outside contact with them. A few years ago I used to talk to Rohugh on Windows Live.

Yes I like the mods of this forum.

No I haven't met any of them in person.

The level of mod interaction with the forum is good.
