I had my doubts about V, but I have to say, I'm starting to be excited, and I haven't been this eager for a game since New Vegas. Last time I was this eager, I was not disappointed, hopefully this will turn out the same.

Indeed, it's been a long time since I've seen you with excitement. Well that's sure to bring about some sort of apocalypse, which is sure to have many hours of entertainment in it. :whisper: Subtle Fallout 4 reference.

I guess I'm the only one is isn't a huge fan of the switching between characters thing.

I will probably try them all out, but just use a single one at some point, unless others are required of course, which would sort of stink.

What's going on? All the cynics are actually excited about a game? This is a sign of the end times, for sure. :D

In all seriousness though, this is really shaping up to be something special. Unlike so many developers, if what they said is true, R* really are pulling out all the stops and are actually learning from mistakes in the past, as well as adding in some nice new features like weapon customisation.

Hell, if this is all true, I might actually be on board with Jack Bauer 24 that this might actually define this generation! :D

Can't say the side activities sound any more exciting than they were in GTA4...Yoga, Tennis, Golfing? Yeesh. At least everything else sounds good.

Heh, I think this is the one thing myself and Mr. Bauer unobjectionably agree on. :P Well, this and Ubisoft's approach to the Assassin's Creed series...

This game is going to be phenomenal. Has anyone seen the picture where one of the main characters is scuba diving? The world will have a lively and vast underwater section, making exploration and gameplay just that much better

Oh, I know. The only way it can get better is if we can drive jets like in San Andreas. I love flying the skies of SA, so hopefully V will offer that same fun. Plus, exploring sunken ships? Count me in.

One thing I realized (I just now watched all three character trailers) is that this game will combine some of the atmospheres and themes from GTA:SA, GTA: Vice City and GTA: IV to make a concoction of brilliance and pure sandbox entertainment.

Edit: I hope Jack Thompson is still disbarred because he is most likely channeling all of his life's frustrations and negativity towards removing this game off the face of the earth.

I know this may be a cliche thing, but I think this just may actually turn out to be THE best GTA installment to date. :vaultboy:
