No, but I'll build you one, for a slight fee, of course.

Almost 0100, 4 Oct., NZ time. No Hearthfire.

Give it a break...it's still mostly 3rd October at the rest of the world.

And I doubt it'll be released at the very end of the exclusivity period (yay! no more of that, ever again!). My guess is at some point of the next week.

If PS3 users don't get HF, I may have to go and bite someone. And I haven't had my rabies shots.

If the anticipation of a Hearthfire announcement is keeping PS3 owners on the edge of their seat... I can only imagine what it must be like at Microsoft headquarters. If it turns up on the PSN they can be "There you go... 30 days later, just like we paid something in seven figures for", whereas if it doesn't they'll be "Crap!... you mean we paid seven figures to delay the release of something that was never gonna happen... again!? Well, fool me once...".

For that, if no other reason, I have great hopes for the imminent release of HF to PS3... I can't believe Beth. would so obviously take the piss out of Microsoft. It would be such a transparent shakedown in retrospect.
Yes its pretty much an egg in their face, also I guess it's easier to port heartfire to PS3 as it's much smaller and don't change the game world as much but only the area where you build the house.

Meh. Are people really chomping at the bit for this one? I could wait a few more months to be honest. Got a few mods that'll occupy my Skyrim time for at least that long.

Almost 0100, 4 Oct., NZ time. No Hearthfire.

According to steam, the current "midweek madness" ends friday 1am (middle europe), so I think hearthfire will be released after the midweek madness which could be friday.

(not a fact, just a guess)

If it gets released today, it'll probably be around noon or so PDT. Got to give the Valve guys time to wake up, recover from last night's partying (it's such a hard life) and stumble into work.

Why am I more excited about Hearthfire than I was about Dawnguard? :bonk:

Probably because its a completely different setup, wherein DG is (I assume, I play on PS3 and sony is the redheaded stepchild bethesda throws in a closet and forgets to feed) pretty much more of the same stuff as vanilla, more dungeons, more loot finding, and undoubtedly more fetch quests.

EDIT: personally I actually want to see hearthfire more than DG at this point.

I'm hoping we will hear word on the PC/PS3 release of the Hearthfire DLC on the next "New Release Tuesday" 10/09, since the "30 day Xbox Exclusive" expired as of today.

Hopefully the PS3 port isn't plagued with the same problems as the Dawnguard port and can be released at the same time as the PC version, whenever it is announced! O.o

I wouldn't mind waiting a few more days, I'm almost done with my Mass Effect 1 Insanity playthrough for the final achievement I need to 100% the game (yay superfluous badges) and I know once Hearthfire is out, all my non-Skyrim time becomes Skyrim time.

A new http://cdr.thebronasium.com/app/220760 was updated yesterday according to the Steam database.

Though that doesn't really give us any new information- the achievements are publicly visible already- it may be worth watching to see how often and when it gets updated.

despite being able to use player abode mods from Nexus, I really would prefer and can't wait for hearthfire. The idea of having a home outside a city is great for me.

Is there really a point to this thread? I mean, do people spend their days sitting here, posting in threads about something which they really can't control? What about just waiting, doing what you need to do in life and suddenly one day the DLC will be available to you...

What of it? People talk about the weather, but they can't control that either.

Or traffic, or Chinese takeout, or their favorite sports team, or a "sequel" to their favorite all-time movie, the list is endless...

To sum it up: life would be very boring, if we only talk about the things that we really need to talk about ...

I've never understod comments like the one from shiyaoay.
