I live in a household with five female gamers. All of them play Morrowind and Oblivion and they are all looking forward to playing Skyrim. Only one of them is even registered on these boards...but she's here lurking in this forum every day.

Thank you, I rest my case.

Sure lots of dudes don't com here either but again, I think the ratio/percentage chance of a guy who's going to play Skyrim is higher than a girl coming here.

I'll force my girlfriend to play Skyrim. It's quite funny and scary: she turns into a maniac, killing everything she sees, when playing games like these. I once made her play Fallout 3... *shivers*

She imagines everyone is you OOH burned :flamethrower:

lol just messin.

I like how some people are like "I'm girl, and I play games! I'm cool, right?" then others are like "oh man girls who play games are HAWT." Both people are feeding off of each other.

Who cares if your a chick, or a dude. Don't use your six to get attention on a video game FORUM, the one place where attention is useless since you are anonymous.

I tend to be a girl on threads like these.

I was drinking juice... and i almost died reading that, still coughing...

Dying choking on juice right before Skyrim gets release would be such a bummer

I am a grandma, so technically not a girl any longer. I am female and a grandma, and I build my own computers. I love to play games online. I normally play MMORPG's with my daughter, who is 35 now. So, she is not a girl any longer either. Someday I hope to play with my granddaughters, although they are girls, 2 and 3 years old. I think too young yet to play.

I believe you will find a lot of young girls that will enjoy the game.

That's the craziest [censored] I've ever read.

Rule 30 people: there are no girls on the internet. Can't believe you all fell for it (and playing video games at that - you fools...).

About 35% of worldwide gamers are women, so you do the math. RPGs are one of the genres with a higher number of women. Maybe as high as 40-45% of the player base.

I didn't fall -_-
Yet, the idea of a TES loving (and me loving!) girlfriend is really what I'd call heaven! And since I like to cook, I wouldn't have to put up with her sandwiches! we'd both eat fillet mignon! :D

Well I'll have to wait on Amazon getting round to dispatching it before I can play it as much as anything. I'm a PS3 girl though.

I think you're trying to gain attention right now.

Who cares if someone uses six to gain attention on a video game forum.

It's called voicing an opinion, which is what you did just now. We are about to have a battle of opinions that will never end until the universe implodes.

Side note - I dislike girls who think they are special because they play games. I just get this bragging tone from a lot of the posts on this thread. "I have a [censored], and I game! BOOYAH!"

Then there's other people making sandwich jokes. Shows how mature they are.

Hmm, people like you went extinct in my area. all the girls here spend like 7 hours in front of the mirror, and if they do play games then they're also most likely a Druggie O.o

BTW i'm a dude if i'm supposed to mention that

Married female gamer :wavey: (Husband likes war games not open world ones)

Big brother got me playing and reading forgotten realms stuff in my early teens, yes I was the shy nerdy girl. (Still nerdy come to think of it just not so shy any more) Anyhow to say thank you I've introduced him recently to Oblivion (When he finally got himself an XBOX so I could lend him my copy) and he's now hooked :tes:
