He couldn't.All he could do was just sort of like freeze it in time,perfectly still... As soon as the magic holding it in place no longer did so, it just came crashing down at it's original speed,which must have been, really really fast.Which is why the devastation was so great.

i have to say on morowind i never played an argonain couldn't stand their animation oblivion they were fun but still chose breton, skyrim I LOVE ARGONAINS dont know why but i just cant play another race then my female argonain i named Yue Shi
