I had seen Daedric equipment at blacksmith shops on lvl 63 though it could have appeared even sooner, I didn't specifically look for it as my Hunter was only going for Light armour.
I see. I guess I just haven't gotten to high enough lvl to see it then.
Fur and leather armour seem okay due to the fact that they were made from "natural" material: skin and pelt of deers, wolves, bears or even chaurus although still unsanitory. Looking at Skyrim's advancement level I'm not sure they know or even care about disinfection and proper preservation. I have skinned animals IRL before and to be honest I can't imagine the process without my trusty formaldehyde and methanol mixture. The middle ages must have svcked so hard. Anyways, the mentioned pieces all seem realistic.
Considering that brains, urine and dung have been used at one time or other for tanning leather, the middle ages would've certainly stank, if not svcked.
The dragon one however... it just feels wrong. You don't make an outfit, especially not an armour, by sewing rock hard skin (a skin allegedly so strong mortal weapons have little effect on it) and even heavier bones together. It's clunky and difficult to move in. If the bones would have been used only as a supporter (like a spine for the chest piece) I could call it feasible. But whole layers of bone glued on top of the spiky skin? Meh.
Dragon skin doesn't seem that hard in the game, since ordinary arrows and apparently mudcrab pincers too can pierce it. But yeah, the dragon armors look silly.
