ebony mail (master, 20% sneak buff, 5 pts of poison damage per second). I killed it with the mail itself. I only had rout (i think that's what it is. it's either that or courage) and close wounds

you might wanna read the following posts too, as it is already been explained to me twice, as I said, I forgot about that...

Another moment of skyrim hilarity comes to mind...

Fairly early on in the game I had just left whiterun and was on the road heading past the west watchtower when I caught something out of the corner of my eye. I decided to investigate and when I arrived on the scene I saw a Brown Bear going toe-to-toe with a giant... I thought this is gonna be good!.
So I just stood there watching and the bear stood up in its matcho threatening pose and the giant just clubbed the poor furry sod into OUTER SPACE!!...

Before I lost sight of the bear he was flying over whiterun (a sight that the city's inhabitance must have thought wtf!!?). I think he must have eventually landed somewhere in riften, which explains why that region has so many bears lol!.

When I saw that, I had to pause my game I was laughing so hard!...

A naked courier comes running up to me with a letter.
I guess the courier company has been hit with budget cuts and they no longer supply clothing.

Cruising up the road to ... I forget, snow, night and I've just done the Sheogoreth thing which gets you the fun staff. Any way a thief comes up and I tell him to shove it. He kills me. I can not figure it out so I load up and I have party clothes on. Oh boy. So I put on my 580 points worth of Nightingale Armor and make sure my Ebony Vampire Sword is charged and pull out Spellbreaker and walk on down the path.

The thief comes running up. Acknowledges my Nightingale leadership, the only time apart from the other two that anyone has ever mentioned it, and gives me 500 gold. Tells me it's my cut.

I did laugh.

SOme time in the past I had Torvar as a follower. Lost track of him. So yesterday I find a mercenary shack out in the middle of nowhere. I break in and they start fighting me. I kill them all except there is one guy left. I turn around and it is Torvar (sp?). All of a sudden the screen said "your follower has left you" and he attacks me, so I have to kill him. When I get to the next town a courrier comes up to me and gives me an inheritence letter. Torvar left me 300 gold, lmao! 250 hours with this charactor and that never happened before. I was laughing for several minutes.

Yeah, I have seen this now, too. Two giants versus one bandit... One seemed to have hit him 10m high and the next shoots him into an orbit.

The first time I heard that Whiterun guard whisper: "We're so dead!"

That was exactly how I felt about the impending dragon attack. Good to see the Skyrim guards have a bit more personality.

I was in the bannered mared mare and the priest wanders in and yells at me "You have come! Come to hear the words of Talos!", and I hit him with a paralyse spell, and he fell in the fire. The crowd clapped like crazy.

I was out traveling when I saw one of the members of the companions (I'm the boss of the guild by the way) cowering. I don't remember what he was fighting with... I think it was one of those ice wraith.

http://i1096.photobucket.com/albums/g322/Raidensama/Skyrim/TESV2012-02-0901-08-27-46.jpg <~~~ The cowering viking.
After seeing this makes me want to be ashamed of being any part of the group.

I wish I had the option to kick people out.
....wow... that's embarrassing for everyone...

The first Dragon soul I ever absorbed was while simply passing a robed npc while walking over a bridge, no dragon anywhere, not even in the water. That was a wtf moment.

The other memorable event was surviving a Draugr dungeon then almost getting killed as I exited by a falling Horker, thanks Bethesda.

i think we have a new expression thanks to bethesda, "its raining mamoths and horkers!" anyway, my story:

*beheads bandit*

bandit: tis just a scratch (or whatever that line was)

me: i killed you!

bandit: no, tis but a flesh wound

me: you have no head!!

bandit: yes i do, tis but a flesh wound

When a bandit corpse lands in front of you, and you turn to see a giant resting his club on his shoulder and casually stroll away.

Last thing was I entered a large dwemer room and was thinking, "Okay, wheres the trap". I continue into the large room and see no enemies, a small of light appears in the middle and I go to it ( I really don't know why it got me so easily ). I proceed to touch it then a car alarm like sound popped up then I am hurled down deep into the side of a mountain. Needless to say every time I get the chance, I get friends to go there and do what I did. You fall the longest fall in Skyrim I think, thing takes forever for you to land.
Where is this thing?

I had some yahoo challenge me to a Mages' duel around 2AM just inside the Whiterun gate.
After dispatching the fool, I didn't want to leave the body lying right there in front of Warmaiden's, so after looting it, I picked it up and started taking it up to the Temple of Kynareth.

So I'm strolling along with an underwear-clad body hovering in front of me and I pass a Whiterun Guard who turns and says,
"Put that down!"

And I'm sure many have had the experience of killing a dragon right outside a town, with guards coming to help.
The soul's not even fully absorbed when one of the Pinheads says, "A guard might get nervous when a woman approaches with her weapon drawn."
Yeah, you might also get nervous when a woman drops a ten-ton lizard and svcks out its soul...

I had just started a new character and was traveling to Whiterun. As I come up on the scripted companion giant fight and listening to them brag I notice there happens to be a giant strolling down the road. I shoot it and run into the middle of the companions. They all ran away shouting for someone to do something.

During a large battle in the College of Winterhold quest line that involved numerous scripted enemies, a dragon and 3 bounty hunter. The naked courier runs up to tell me of a museum in Dawnstar.
