Did anyone post the leaked picture of the elf-like statue?

It's from the Thieve's Guild's penultimate quest.

Wait until Tuesday.

I seriously want a crouching position for when I enter sneak mode. It just breaks my immersion factor when every time I enter sneak, I seriously look like I'm going to sneak into a wedding instead of stalking my prey.

As for DLC, I just want them to concentrate on storylines and characters.

I also want to see magic spells that instantly kill, like spontaneous combustion spells… "force" chokes, head explodes, turn people's insides out, thousand paper cuts, poison cloud, turn someone into a pig, ZALGO spell, stuff like that.

Maybe there's a secret school of magic, a kind of magic built for murder and torture.

Maybe a spell that can mute your wife.

Also want to reverse pickpocket dynamite.

Wish for them to expand on the sneak skills.

The DLC's should also delve into our quest for moar power in Tamriel.

Why cant you view the crossbow animations ,seriously with the construction set or anything??? guys??? somebody??? view??? it???
because the animations are not in the game files, the names are just a placeholder
I think that the bow should be two haned , slow , but when hits kills the target , i think crossbows should be one handed , Fast fire rate , but dont hit so much as bows , and also why do you think they should be slow , i mean crossbows , and two handed?
realistically, crossbows take time to load and need two hands. rapidfire, low-damage crossbows would make the game too CoD-like. crossbows, not pistols.
perhhaps 1h might work, but i doubt it would be implemented

Screw crossbows, I'm hoping we get some spears.

Possible, especially if the dlc does involve the snow prince in some way. Apparantly he was buried in Solsteim along with his spear.

Possilbe reward for questline maybe?

I think an important question to ask ourselves is, does this mean that the island Solstheim might make an appearance?

That has been my hope since the information first came out re: the Snow Prince.
It's a very Skyrimish land anyway, so they wouldn't need to spend a lot of time on new textures / scenery which in my mind makes it more plausible.

Played Bloodmoon today just for the nostalgia of Skyrim, this place is one of the spots I visited :)

Perhaps due to all the snow elf stuff, I think the DLC might take place on Morrowind. Solstheim is a distant possibility, but there is a LOT of Morrowind we haven't explored in any game yet (we just explored Vvardenfell, the walled-off capital city and a smaller island). Realistically, Bethesda wouldn't release a Solstheim DLC/expansion again. That'd probably cause too much of a public outcry.

Personally I would've preferred an epic all-out struggle against the Thalmor, but I guess that'd be too much for DLC. Maybe in the next Elder Scrolls game? There's enough foreshadowing about a imminent great war between elves and mankind. If future DLC or Elder Scrolls games don't address the thalmor, all that buildup would be a waste.

Well the did say they were aiming for quality above quantity. It'd just be like re-doing the civil war questline but it not being a civil war, if you get my meaning. I think DLC number 2 should open up Hammerfell and join their resistance, with the potential to be able to have the final part of that questline finish in the summerset isles. A Hammerfell DLC has the potential to be the Shivering Isles of Skyrim, not to mention how radical the change in scenery would be; sprawling tundra and mountain ranges to a vast baron desert (also, sixy desert garb/weaponry).

I really, REEAAAALLY hope that the DLC doesn't take place in Solstheim. Not that it isn't an awesome place which was great in Morrowind's day, but it's just too similar to Skyrim, in my opinion. I'd want somewhere that felt fresh as a DLC, not an island almost identical to the place I've already been trekking around in for the last 200 hours. Maybe one of the smaller Summerset isles, or a small piece of Elswyer, a Daedric Realm, or maybe even a journey to a small section of Akavir!!! I feel like there are too many fresh, new, unexplored areas for Beth to be re-using areas players have already seen.

Many people have voiced against it but I would seriously love to visit Solstheim and see what has changed in the 200 year absensce. I Loaded up bloodmoon for the first time only after playing skyrim and I absolutely loved it.

We may have been there before... but its a completely different place now. Populated with the refugees of morrowind (and hopefully still a large amount of werewolves... though they wouldn't be the Ferocious bloodmoon variety)

Speaking of which. I know we already have the companions and hircines ring (where you can actually see the bloodmoon) But Solstheim would be the perfect place to really beef up the lycanthropy part of the game.

Add more lore, more quests (a place to freaking see them in the wild for once!) and ways to hone your hunting skills (introduction of werewolf perks, maybe taught to you by an old werewolf who has hunted on the island for a very long time.)

But I'm happy whatever it is

Edit: read above comments and just wanted to say, I can understand not wanting solsthiem because it is so similar. It does look just like skyrim if it was made about 10 years ago. But the vibe you get there is really different.

Now, if the DLC does end up being somewhere like Hammerfell/Elesweyer/Blackmarsh I will also be happy about being able to explore new places never seen before. (except arena, and that doesn't count  )

Also I been out of the loop for about a day. Anything I miss in the past 24 hours?

yeah i think it would be pretty cool if they went back to solstheim cause just think about how much its changed since bloodmoon. with all the Dunmer living there now and maybe raven rock could ether be a ghost town or they rebuilt it or some thing so the dunmer could live there. and then theres fort frost mouth and the skall village and caastle karstag.

My one big hope for Skyrim DLC is one set in and around Orsinium. Skyrim did a lot to make the orcs interesting, and there really isn't much chance of seeing it again outside of DLC or an expansion.

Storys, plot, and quests. That's what I want... that and a vampire experience with clan bloodlines and feeding on awake targets.

So I'm thinking with the unfinished and unreachable land in the game thats in Morrowind,Cryrodill, and Hammerfell it makes sense that the dlc will be here and expand the normal world since it's already kind of there.

Also hoping they do more with Blackreach what a let down.

I would really love to see them do an urban landscape. Like an entire city 1/5 the size of Skyrim, with shops, houses, hundreds of new NPC's, parks, alleys.

After the improvement to the look of being immersed in water, I would love to see a quest line involving this.
Taking a stroll under the college of Winterhold and looking out at the sea, you notice a ghostly figure break the surface of the water, followed by another and pretty soon your surrounded by a large number of very angry ghosts demanding your help.
I imagine these being the residents of Winterhold that were washed Into the sea when that part of the city collapsed. Your tasked with diving down to the city and finding out what really caused the collapse of the city, were the mages college just the fall guys to a Thalmor Plot?!
Surviving through air pockets found in houses etc i can imagine some epic battles fighting large sea creatures/waterlogged zombies...perhaps even an underwater dragon/sea serpent? Crossbows would come in pretty handy underwater I imagine!

perhaps we should make a list of LIKELY locations. by this i do not mean add morrowind just because everyone wants it, i mean look at what info we have, and find some reasonable options. for example, Solstheim could be reasonable, as the Snow Elf Prince was buried there.
and a list of the info we have. if we have it all in one place, it will be easier to anolyze.
also, i bet that when the DLC comes out, and it's differents to some of the info we have, people wil complain, and i'll be laughing because they forgot the other one or two? future DLCs.

- Solstheim
- Orsinium
- Some sort of Blackreach-type place

These are probably the more likely options. Orsinium of course would have nothing to do with the Falmer, but could quite possibly be part of a later expansion.

There's one more for your list:

these two posts are exactly what i meant (not sure about orsinium, might be location for another TES game, but it could be a viable possibility). i'll compile a list sometime soon.

orsinium is too small for a full game but it is in high rock so that would be a full game

I'd add another location to the list: Blacklight. The two gates to morrowind in Skyrim directly lead to this place. Here's a http://i.imgur.com/s3mbz.jpg with those two 'famous' roads included. Fits somewhat with the snow elf stuff too. And that text in that image is just pure speculation several months old. Ignore that text.
