Lots of polls in the past on this very question.

Anyway, the answer is; PC :brokencomputer:
The Reason; Mods, mods, mods, and more mods.

PS3, prefer the big TV and a more social experience rather than isolated on the PC

Well if anyone has a computer that can run it then you should buy it for the PC.
I mean... Look at Bethesda's modding community. No reason to buy it for 360 or PS3 if your computer can handle the game.

No, it does not. The X-Box 360's video hardware is 5 years old. On a computer like mine, it's less than a year old. YMMV on other computers, but any game-grade rig will definitely have video hardware less than five years old.

Furthermore, we have more of both system RAM and video RAM. Some of the texture upgrade mods that are available to PC gamers would make an X360 curl into a fetal position and beg for death. However, high-end machines with plenty of both kinds of RAM will chew them up and spit them out.

Xbox 360.

It was a choice between mods, graphics, mouse and keyboard, and actually being able to play the game for more than an hour a week.

PC because the newest console I have is the PS2.

But yeah, I'd still get it for PC I think. I still have a hard time aiming guns in consoles, and I like the possibility of mods and modding.

But the core system hardware is inherently the same, and it uses a 5-year-old GPU design.

360, since I hate PC gaming due to the constant need for upgrades and the discomfort, and I don't have a PS3.

Well... PC. I really can't imagine palying on something else. Consoles and the like have always appeared somewhat criude if compared to a PC to me, so... Besides, with a PC, there's expansions & add-ons to look forward to!
