What is your most anticipated game of 2012?

Post » Sun Jun 17, 2012 3:22 pm

I'm pretty sure it's 2033.

Ah, just looked it up. If Wikipedia is to be believed, it was originally announced as Metro 2034: Last Light (which was what I was thinking of), but now it is just called http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c4/Metrolastlight.jpg.

Could be, I search it and got all three.

It's between GW2, Dishonored, and Legend of Grimrock.

I don't get all the hype behind Dishonored. All we have so far is some vague interviews and very short snippets of gameplay.

We don't even have any snippets of gameplay. I like the concept; I like the lore; I like the art style; and I like the devs, because they're genuinely excited and delighted when they talk about their design philosophy. Also, pretty much the whole art department is French. That's good enough for me to pin a hope on.

Nothing really, maybe some more updates and a DLC pack for Skyrim. I am looking forward to my career rather than fun in the video game department.

Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 (already obtained :) )

Atelier Meruru

Final Fantasy Type-0 (though there hasn't been any news about a North America release other than we are getting one and might not even come out in 2012 in North America)

I don't keep up with releases as much as a lot of others so out of the ones I know probably Max Payne 3.....I love this series.

Prey oh wait...
My most anticipated are Risen 2, Thief 4 (not very likely in 2012), Diablo 3, GuildWars 2
Dishonored looks good on paper as well, I might be interested.

Unfortunately GSC, the developer, went under. No more S.T.A.L.K.E.R.s :( But there's still Metro, it's pretty similar, but not open world.
Actually S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 is still happening.

The only thing in the future I can think of is Diablo 3, BLOPS 2, and C&C Generals 2.
