Why is the fun of this game slowly fading away?

Oh hey look a dragon!
brb one shotted him

"Go kill this guy hes a complete badass and no one can touch him."
brb one shotted

Oh crap.. bandit camp I'm so effed, JK!
One shot one shot one shot one shot one shot.

Oh sweet windhelm house ima go buy it
Nope... bugged

Oh sweet companions they so badass breh
Nope bugged.

I had fun with this game the first 2 days I played it. I look for some sort of challenge / something to work for in games. I'm not a roleplayer, I'm the 1%.

Maybe you shouldn't pick the perks that make the game too easy and boring, then. OR, you could try using weaker weapons so that battles are more difficult and you don't 1 shot everything. Every game has it's flaws, but to complain about those flaws when you can easily take your own measures to alleviate them is completely ridiculous.

And if you're not a roleplayer, why are you playing a roleplaying game?

"I hate shooter games, but why do I not like Battlefield 3?"

also i would like to add that if you dont go on the internet or buy the stragety guide or come on this forum for a couple of months you will enjoy the game much more. I still wish i never watched those youtube videos but too late now.

One lesson I learned the hard way, in Oblivion, is the price paid (in terms of enjoyment) when I use Fast Travel.

I have not used Fast Travel once, not a single time, in Skyrim, and I plan to keep it that way. The world seems much larger and full of possibility when I'm not warping around it like a time lord in a tardis.

Well-said man. Although it seems to me that to avoid fast travel entirely like you do would make the game last forever, I agree with your reasoning. Again, I've found that when I fast travel too much burnout starts setting in and I stop enjoying the game. In any event at the moment I only do fast travel between the major hold capitals, and this has been working very well for me. It sort of simulates the Fallout Wanderer's Mod restrictions on fast travel.

Your Doctor Who anology is quite appropriate. BTW, as a long time fan I give the Matt Smith series sort of mediocre marks. A bit too Harry Potterish for my liking, and I can't stand River Song and Rory. ;)
