why no werebears?

Yet agian how would you know there will NEVER be a Werebear in Skyrim?? Do you have a crystal ball or something?? :rofl:
I just know they will not be added. But in the 1 out of million chance they will add them then I'll be damned. There is no point to roaming around as a werebear. It would just be the same as running around as a werewolf.

Why does Bethesda do this? Werewolves were the most common lycanthrope in Cyrodiil, yet we get no werewolves. Now Skyrim's here and werebears were suppose to be the MOST common lycanthrope and we only get werewolves.

Yea I still wonder why they never had them in Oblivion?

i was so excited to become werebear for the dawnguard. then i finished dawnguard and thought maybe it was a side quest. turns out that leaked werebear info was bull-crap. maybe in the next dlc but who knows.it would have made me think the dawnguard actually had a chance deafeating the vampires without me. but NO, all i get is a lousy crossbow.
dear god let it die.. isn't it enough of a hint that most werebear related threads get locked?

Ok here is my simple theory, Beth knew the lore says Bears are in Skyrim BUT they chose to have only 1 Were creature and they knew Lycans would be more popular

I have explained millions of times how they would be different!!! There is now logical way a Bear and a Wolf can be the same!!?? IDK how a 1500 lb. bear is the exact same as a 150 lb. wolf!!??

Nope http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Lycanthropy had 2 so Skyrim can too.

how can werewolves be 150 pounds when you think werebears can be 1500 pounds? that is a load of pooh. werewolves weigh a lot more and werebears way a lot less.

Daggerfall, MW, OB, and Skyrim are all different games with different engines and styles. Different capacities

The threads got locked because they were overloaded with spam after Dovahbear sopposedly leaked werebears. Not because the threads were titled "werebears".

Because wolves and bears are completely!! How can the be the same at all. Your points make now sense let me explain 150 lb wolf + man
vs 1500 lb bear+ man! Obviously a bear is going to be bigger!

Actually werelions are more common in Cyrodil.

the guy thinks that just because a wolf weighs a certain amount of pounds that that is what you will weigh as a werewolf. Even though he has no clue as how much the wolves weigh in skyrim.

How do you know that the player as a werewolf will way 150 pounds just because a wolf weighs that much? you do not even know how much wolves weigh in skyrim. How come Bethesda has not hired you?

He was saying that werebears would be bigger than werewolves, because wolves are WAY smaller than brown bears in real life.

OK Ive been with the series since daggerfall, but Ive never even heard of werebears in the elderscrolls lore (outside of a joke of course). Im really starting to think someone played a very complicated joke on you all
