ZOMG wtf am I actually supposed to enter that! ALONE!!! (Basically scared poopless)

Immediately when I saw the gate I said screw this and ran to Anvil. When I went back to the gate I got owned by a couple of scamps and got mad and didn't try it again for like a day. After finally closing it I was so relieved that it was over until I realized a bunch more would open later.

Well I didn't actually see the Gate at first but when the red skies starting to cover the sky I thought "Does god hate me?" as about 5 minutes ago I slaughtered a innocent civilian walking to anvil ^_^
The when I actually saw the gate and the Dino's (I still call em that to this day) and Scamps starting pouring out I then thought "Hell? God isn't too happy about that murder..."

When i saw it i knew this was going to be epic. It was an epic failure for sure. Dont even get me started on how much of a mission it was to find out how to close that thing. I was in there for 2 hours, after i closed it i developed a phobia for those gates.

I freaked out and then I thought "WTF? will I get out of this thing alive?" I ran to the gate and started to kill everything I could. but when I entered the gate I started to flee of Clanfears XDD

"Perty..."
Walks over to it.
"I wanna... touch it... OMG why is everything on fire?? And where did that crazy high elf go?"

Pushes his hand into the oblivion gate
"I like it, is nice "
Hears a loud munching noise
"Huh?"
Pulls out his hand only to find out there wasn't one anymore
Heads over to the nearest wooden hand store

I accidently found one and i said WTF is this [censored].

"Cool! You think I can walk around that?"

"Whoa, this is interesting." Called my husband over to admire the graphics. Saved, went into sneakmode, and crept thru the gate. ??? Turned around, de-sneaked, activated the gate, and got laughed at by my husband. But that wasn't as bad as when I left the sewer first time and got killed by a mudcrab.

First character only closed 11 gates. Second closed 40+, then my gaming computer died (blue screen of death really was) and I've not played Oblivion since July 3rd.

I thought it looked very cool. And I was excited to go in there and kill stuff.

I was like:

"Stand back whimpy imperials, the khajiits will show you how this business is done".

I drank some smooka, used a drain fatigue spell, charged at the gate, jumped, knocked out and flew threw the gate.....only to hit myself face first on the gate behind it :banghead:

i found it laughable stupid that they expected me (an ex con who just broke out of prison likely arrested for war crimes or something equally as horrible) to go in there. for free mind you. and save there world. while they have a small legion of well armed well trained guards at there disposal. but no they decide to send in me alone armed with nothing more than a rusted short sword and wearing a mix of fur and iron armor in to kill the scary demons. i guess they know what there doing since it worked

the first thing i did was say 'wtf is that' then ran off screaming like a girl

it'll be a cold day in hell when i have to go in here. unfortunately, hell is experiencing a cold front, so lets do this.

I looked straight at it, casted a couple fire spells, took out my bow and arrows, and charged through, little did I know that you had to press A. When I figured that out, I went in, started to walk forward looking straight up for a couple seconds, and said "what th---" *burned in lava* bliviongate:

Especialy the tower.
Not so much fun at high levels though.

I was like "What?... monsters, red sky, huge glowing orange gate thingy... ah.... great, this looks like the end of the world here." (This was at low levels when I'd just got the game) "I'll use those soldiers as meatshields and investigate" So I drew the clannfears towards them so they'd kill them. After that I sneaked towards the gate, then when I realised there wasn't anything more coming out, I ran around the gate and tried to go through it a couple of times, then I realised it was activated. But I didn't want to go through it. I thought it was going to have horrible levelled monsters inside. So I went elsewhere and came back later... I also saved lots. When I went through, I was like, this place is a pretty creepy wasteland. And then I did stuff, very cautiously.

I had issues getting through the gate, then I got hit by some stupid scamp's fireball. I died. I saw the guy that was in the gate, then i killed him and took his sword. I got to the tower and then gave up. I went back through the oblivion gate and stole stuff from peoples' houses.
