Have a Paladin character. Imperial, long blonde hair with blue eyes and a short cropped beard. only lvl 14 and already got him outfited with Spellbreaker and Dawnbreaker. It's fantastic! just for the whole righteous knight feel i've got him in a dwarven briastplate with elven boots and gloves. And the Jagged Crown.. NEVER turning that thing in. MINE I tell you!

My character had been planning to free himself from Hircine's bond as his journey was winding to a close, but now he will embrace his gift as a weapon to match the vampire scourge :toughninja:

I'm really exited to see what the new perks will bring to the table.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the Vampire Lords stack up to the werewolves. For as things currently stand, to a werewolf vampires are crunchy and good with mead.

Had a good hunt tonight.
I left Rorikstead for a midnight run towards Markarth.
Easily dispatched four bandits and fed off of two of them.
Headed onward I ran into three Imperial soldiers, killed the first one then howled to send one running.
Took the one left standing out then sprinted for the last one, pounced on him and sunk my teeth into his skull.
This was great with the moon out shining through the partly cloudy night, his torch fell from his hands adding just enough good light to see the camera shot really good.

I then fed off two of them to continue my run west, wear I shreaded a forsworn.
Continueing my run west again I ran across four Thalmor justiciars.
This turned out to be a fight for my life as they pelted me with magick.I sent one flying then pounced on another and ripped his chest open.
Low on health and not enough time to feed I had to run for my life as they still were pelting me with shock spells.
I just got out of there in time to live and tell this story.

While I did have to run for my life at the end I still think I did pretty good for a new to the werewolf hunter.

Try the Lord stone and some Alteration perks if you use the school. What race and level are you?

I'm an Orc at level 11 right now.
I have the warrior stone for the time being but was thinking about taking the atronach stone for the 50% magick absorption.
The lord stone does sound pretty good too though, maybe even better.

I do have a few perk points left for my build but I'm not sure if I can get enough alteration perks for the magick resist.
Though I might be able to make some compromises,
The lord stone and some extra magick resistance from alteration perks sound like thalmor but whooping to me.

Thanks :goodjob:

I hope the tree does not require us to still use alteration -_-. My guy is a Assassin, pure hunter. So I in turn, turn into a Werewolf. Using magic on my Werewolf guy was not ideal, though the Lord stone could help. I just hope the tree beefs us up like crazy! I am looking forward to the predator perk and the moon perk. C:

Those who do evil unto others - the killers, the rapists, psychos, sadists - you will come to know me well, I am the wolf and my prey can not escape its fate.

Best not to tread on my territory then. I can smell righteous from quite a few miles away. Though Hircine may be pleased with you now, one day the bloodmoon will return and he will call you to his side. He will demand you feed on the weak, the sick, the impaired and the young. In other words, the innocents. Do you have what it takes, cub?

And if you really want to do it right. Play as a breton. You will have maximum passive magic resistance. Though I still find them looking like dandies, so that'll never happen for me haha.

To hit big groups of people (my max was 8 guards) in one or two shots I would back up until I have sufficient sprinting distance and as soon as I get close I keep sprinting but use the triggers to do a hit and run.

I've taken out mammoths and giants without getting hit once by doing a sprint-slash-run technique. (Its perfect hunting for solitary wolves)

http://s1170.photobucket.com/albums/r536/TommyBozzer/?action=view¤t=Myterritory.png my territory. It's a little small, but with the flat terrain, I can easily spot my prey.
Hmmm, just don't wander much. Mine ends north of the mountain yours ends south of.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Alteration is a werewolf's best friend. Since you're being all sneaky with the backstabs and poison anyway, remember to grab the Snake Blood perk from Alchemy. 50% res to poison is handy for any wolf.

Don't worry. On the rare occasion that I head south, it's on the shore of Lake Ilinalta.

Also, does anyone know if the wild werewolves being added rumour is true, been on my mind a lot.

The bloodmoon only occurs once an era and the nature of the game is always different and it already happened this era. I'll be dead long before the next bloodmoon is called. In the event of my death I have a witchhead and instructions to be carried out.

Nope when you transform into a werewolf your race changes and all racial abilities are removed. A Breton has no more magic resistance then a Nord in werewolf form. A Breton could use its racial power dragonskin before transforming inorrder to benefit from the spell absorb but thats about it.

Good information; I actually forgot that that's what UESP says.

We've only a hand full of things confirmed about our soon to come swelling of power. Enhanced damage, more health, more effecient feedings, the ability to call in our pack and increase the terror of our prey. Would any care to hazard guesses as to the rest of the perks? I'm asuming that totem of the ice brothers improves the brotherhood howl, totem of the predator boosts our life sight, and that Savage Feeding will grant healing for deathblows.

I think ice brothers will summon ice wolves, and I like your guess for savage feeding I was going to guess it let you feed from more creatures

Inside that grotto, it might look like it, but that was not the Bloodmoon. When the real bloodmoon occurs, Hircine will call only the greatest of hunters to compete with each other, after which the winner will face an aspect of Hircine. No such thing happened.

Wow, I didn't know that about Bretons. Thanks :-)
