that means two things, either theyve already picked or theyve already picked and have picked alot of people as they said applicants not winners or testers. Could there be EVERYBODY in the beta!

Oh please let this be true! That would be freaking awesome! Perhaps there wasnt as many people as we thought who signed up or perhaps Bethesda is looking for a large range of beta testers. Id like to know the statistics of who applied so we can get a better understanding of if this theory is true or not. Sounds promising at the very least. I hope lol

My bad, they asked if we lived in the US or International. Still, I don't see why they would ask us that if the beta is only available to the US.
