People will do anything to boost their chances for stuff like this.

I know most of the people here have probably entered for the beta, but has anyone not entered for the sake of wanting to play the story in full with (hopefully) little to no glitches?

I'm really excited for this DLC, but the story seems really interesting, with this prophecy for the vampires and the story behind the dawnguard. The next beta if there is one I might sign up.

Betas on consoles I can think of are battlefield 3, gears of war 3, and mass effect 3. I don't really know of others.

Well, if this one goes good and people actually report problems, and are not just in it for free DLC or early access, I don't see why not. I would love to take part in some beta testing too, helping a company that I really like.
