Dang I most of it missed it, will we be forced into third person for Vampire Lords?
Yes. And the blood bottles count as feedings, too.

Well that Doenst mean it affects the normal vampires in skyrim,I think its just for those that are vampire lords,But of course they will only attack you in "vampire lord" form.
Well, THIS is a refreshing statement. And yes, it would be obvious that they would attack in VL form. I just can't see them changing the mechanics of the game. That is a Bioware move.

It makes me wonder. What if we join the vampires if we are normal? And I also wonder if we join them if we are vampires?

Do normal people who become vampire lords only become vampiric when they turn?

Are vampires who turn into vampire lords get a revamp(no pun) and modified powers? Or are the Vampire Lord powers completely different?

I would like to know the answer to all these questions too because I get the feeling if we are already a vampire and we become a Vampire Lord it will be like if we were a werewolf and get cured.

That is the only way I think it would work since these new vampires are a different strain.

What I'm wondering is, will the VL's and Dawnguard have different dialouge depending on your affliction? E.g. (Werewolf, Vamp, Normal) if they don't it'll be a significant let down and oversight on Bethesda's part.

I wonder this as well. There should be some minor tweaking. If you join the Dark Brotherhood, Arhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoEUMl_IUSs. And Alva also comments on your vampirism, stating she knows what you are, but the town' blood is theirs(Movarth's).

Long topic, I think the regular Vampires are quite weak without help from perks and stuff, much strong in oblivion... Eeeh back in the day, should never have crossed the border, Lol joke.

first i'd like to say, molag bal did not create vampires.

"A cure for vampirism? There are those who say that the cure resides only with our daedra princes. My lord Molag Bal has dealt before with the dark walkers, though they are not of his making. It is possible he holds the secrets to this, but I would not expect him to tell you. Only those who have the disease, and are truly desperate to be rid of it, are of interest to Molag Bal."
-derar hlervu, witch

that's the witch standing right in front of his shrine. then there would be the fact that molag bal needed to make a deal with another prince to get you the cure for your vampirism after you slay his daughter.

with that out of the way: the vampire lord really should be part of a new vampirism strain. because altough i hate oblivion vampires, it would remove choice, and enough of them have already been removed in the new elder scrolls game that it would be unacceptable to continue that trend.
