Does anyone that bought it on release still play Skyrim?

Still playing and I haven't finished the main story yet. I tend to start over a lot.

I actually played until January of this year. Neglected it. And recently came back to it.

The anticipation of playing on 11.11.11 was so high and I was so excited. As I kept playing, I just kept learning things about the mechanics and what I could do and experiencing the joy of discovery because they put so much into the game. I've been playing since then with only one little break while I waited for a patch and I can say it's even more amazing than I first thought. It's the most fantastic game I've ever played and I can't see myself getting tired of it for, maybe years. I just keep thinking of new builds to try. Bethesda deserves all the praise that comes their way and more. :tes:

Bought it on release day, played it heavily until January. Picked it up again a month later, played until the end of March. Now after 400 hours, I'm pretty much done. It was a good ride, but I think I wore it out for myself by playing it too much XD. I'm just waiting for DLC. Beyond that, I'll mostly just be playing to test out any cool new mods that come out.

I've hit that wall with Skyrim.Beautiful gameworld but it's a bit simplistic and there's just not enough to keep me interested.

Vanilla TES releases have always been a chance to have a look at the gameworld for me.Mods have added flesh to the bones so i'll probably play again regularly when some bigger conversions come out.

Desperately looking for a good strategy game atm.

I've been playing since 12 November (got it the day after release)...granted there's been times where I haven't played for a week or so, but I'm still playing. Same character I started out with, too. Sunk about 200 hours into it...still haven't finished the MQ, although I'm getting close.

Yes, I am kind of ADD. Why do you ask. :P

Yes, though i took a month break to play Mass Effects when ME3 was released. Steam says 733 hours total, fast approaching Oblivion and New Vegas :hehe:

Yes but not constantly. Finals are getting in the way of my Skyrim.

For comparison, I do not know my exact playtime but I have about 10 saves spanning 3 characters... and the furthest one along is past save number 1000

Hmm, I need to go look up my total playtime.

Wow I thought I had been playing longer... Xbox live stats say I have only played skyrim for 153 hours...

so... take most games being good for about 8 hours... (good comparison being I completed arkham city in 12)
Each of those cost 60 dollars...

by my calculations I have already gotten as much enjoyment from skyrim for 60 dollars as it would have cost nearly 1000 dollars buying other games.

Is that your total playtime? :) Do you play on one character or play on more then one?

600 hours and counting. I have level 57 D. Elf Spellsword; level 47 Nord Beserker; and working on Breton pure Mage, H. Elf Necromancer, and W. Elf thief. When all of these guys have finished main quest then maybe I will think about playing something else.

I alternate between Skyrim and Mass Effect 2/Majesty. I'm a bit busy with a mod I've been working on, but I still try to play frequently
And yes, I'm still pretty happy

Modding it is more enjoyable than actually playing it and seeing that people are enjoying your mods is pretty cool... Here's a house that I made.

I still play it. Of course, if I didn't still play it I wouldn't have seen this thread in the first place as I see no reason to spend time in forums dedicated to games I'm not actually playing.

I bought it on 11/11/11 and still play, but I only play Skyrim on weekends. During the week I play Oblivion. Sometimes Morrowind.
