Perhaps, but it's still an offense to Arkay and a horrible fate to the deceased. Something can be legal and still be morally reprehensible, can it not?

True.

Lots of things make sense but that doesn't make it so unless it specifically says so somewhere that vampires get trapped in cold-harbour when they die thats not how it works.

But the same logic applies. Hircine creates a disease that transforms people, and their souls belong to him.

Molag Bal does the same exact thing, and as the "Lord of Domination" what makes you think he wouldn't use that as an opportunity to shackle people to his will?

It goes against his very nature not to take advantage.

Exactly, no unwilling soul should be tortured to an eternity serving a daedric prince.

Hircine treats his creations differently. Time and time again we have seen him bestow gifts upon werewolves if they take his task to completion. Not to mention a paradise in the Hunting Grounds for those who embrace it.

I didn't say that Hircine treats his subjects badly(not all of them anyway).

But Molag Bal is the king of all [censored]s. The Lord of Domination, the Lord of [censored].

Hell, his plane in Oblivion is dedicated to as I quote "The domination, and enslavement of all mortals". As I mentioned before he's torturing his own daughter simply because he didn't approve of her relationship.

Don't expect him to treat his people well. Atleast for long..

Unless you have proof, or any evidence at all that it doesn't work this way, then I don't see how I'm bending the lore.

I've given tons of evidence to back my claim, all you've given is denial.

Yeah, but what of those that do not wish to embrace it, like poor Sinding. He didn't want to serve Hircine for eternity and I saw no reason to make him. I told Hitcine to shove it where the sun don't shine and threw his ring in a river.

But that is what he represents. Isn't that what the other user wrote? I think in page 2 or 3 or something. Daedra are not evil?

Sinding stole the ring from Hircine, which was not sporting. Hircine was displeased, and therefore cursed Sinding. And the only way for Sinding to appease Hircine was to kill the stag.

Because plants require light, and the "sun" still provides light. Our sun provides the same service, it doesn't have special sun juice that the plants use to grow and survive, it's literally just the light.
I know that, but people are saying that the sun would not kill off every creature. But if plants do infact use light then yes, we would all die.

He did it because Hircine cursed him into being a werewolf. He DIDN'T WANT TO BE A WEREWOLF IN THE FIRST PLACE, he wanted a way to control his transformation so he wouldn't be the monster HIRCINE MADE HIM BECOME. How is looking for a way to save yourself from a fate that some scumbag demon cursed him to unsporting?

Sigh.. Molag Bals plane in Oblivion is dedicated, dedicated to enslaving, and torturing mortals. Whether he's evil or not by some peoples standards doesn't change the fact that you're in for an eternity of pain, and anguish if you get caught by him.

Alright then do you have any proof besides "but it should work this way because it makes sense" ?

Do I really need to say anything else? Molag Bals main desire is to harvest the souls of mortals, and to bring them to his sway.

Source: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Daedric_Princes

There is no reason at all why he wouldn't use a disease to capture as many "souls" as he can. The evidence that the souls of Vampires belongs to him, and WILL go to his plane in Oblivion if they die as they are is overwhelming.

I don't understand why you're so stubborn about this. Is it that you can not accept the fact that your Dragonborn Vampire is going to get tortured for eternity?

Your demenaour can come off as mean and insulting, and can be given a warning. Please, be nice to other members.I realize that some may be in an eternity of pain. We know somewhat about Coldharbour, but with Dawnguard being released, what is to say that vampires do not take a detour to the Soul Cairn instead? It was in Battlespire and we have reason to believe vampires may go there upon death. Harkon's wife was sent there. If vampires can feast on the souls of the dead, then they have it made in that realm. Also, Dawnguard mentions the Daughters of Coldharbour, we may just find out how vampires and the Realm of Bal relate to one another.
