I disagree, that would get rather annoying after a while. Not every kill is that spectacular, so they shouldn't be over-glorified. That's just my opinion of course, but it's probably one that most would share. I think the amount of kill animations I get are just fine.
Doing so would make it common and destroy its significance and would become generaly lame seeing it all the time.
Try killing 10 spiders or lower level enemies in all animated kills you'd be slowly killed every time you kill one. Yes it would be nice when killing a dragon or high level creature but it just wouldn't work out and would be very annoying.
I agree with the others: it would get very annoying very fast for me. One of the things I like about the kill cams is that I never quite know when they're going to happen. I love that feeling of surprise when it happens.
I like kill moves and use a mod to get them to occur more frequently, but I disagree that others should be forced into it. As some have already stated it can be annoying to people. I think an option for it to be on and off and the amount of frequency would be better.
The point of the killcam is to do a sort of "special move" where in a rare occurence you KO the enemy. Watching myself kill every enemy in slow motion with the same 6 or 7 preset deaths over and over would lead to group combat therapy.
Although I would like to see it happen every so often in the middle of combat. I've only been able to do melee kill cams on the last enemy of a group. I usually just make zombies, so I can just get kill cams if I didn't get any in a fight.
Coming from somebody who has a 90% chance killmove occurance (PC user, mods) I'm loving it a lot, most of my killmoves are quick and easy slashes and they aren't all slow-mo, it's actually very entertaining.
I actually want to get rid of majic kill cams altogether. They take way to long, don't do any special animation, waste more magica and sometimes friendly npcs will become hostile since they got hit when I couldn't control my character.
I'm all for an option for a toggle switch. You should be able to put it on none, rarely, medium, often, always. And while they're adding something that's just an option, maybe they can add a realism (hardcoe) mode.
