The best thing to happen is for Manning to go to the Broncos and Tebow goes to where ever it is that lousy over-hyped quarterbacks goes, which is teaching HS Football.

The Baltimore Ravens won a Super Bowl with Trent Dilfer and released him the following offseason. It's all about defense and Tim Tebow had a great defense that didn't let other teams score, that is the only reason he was able to win a playoff game. Tim Tebow will NEVER win a Super Bowl. Just saying... :P

My predictions for who Dallas will sign:

LaRon Landry: I want this more than it is likely to happen. :(
Brandon Carr: Him or Finnegan would make sense.
Matt Leinhart: Need a back-up.
Carl Nicks: Him or Grubbs

I know that they will not sign all of these guys, but Newman will be released so that frees up some cap space. I want these players more than the Cowboys can logically afford to pay.

I'm doubting the Cowboys get Landry, even with the Redskins owing money they still have a solid amount of cap space. Plus they released Atogwe and their secondary isn't anything special to begin with. They can't afford to lose Landry or London Fletcher.

Oh and I like the what they have done so far. Garcon and possibly Josh Morgan are solid pick-ups. As nice as it would of been to get a guy like VJack it might of cost to much.

Yea, they probably won't. It looks like they will get Carr and Kyle Orton is coming in for a visit. I think that is where it may end. Possibly Grubbs, but even that seems like a stretch.

I would take Garcon and Josh Morgan over Vincent Jackson personally. (Together, not separately :P)

Two 3rds for Marshall? What an absolute steal!? Why would the 'Fins want that to happen?

Clear roster spots and cap space to reunite Manning, Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark?

Clark was great, he's been injured for two years now though. Wayne is past his best. Maybe for Manning, but they could have definitely got more surely!? Marshall is a top 10 receiver!

What's up with all the WR there? I guess Royal is a return guy but sheesh. Are they going to have a 5 wide set? I thought Shanahan was more of a running back guy.

They've got the all mighty Roy Helu at RB! I think the Skins' mindset is to stockpile 3rd string receivers and hope one pans out if they pay him 1st string money.

They where in desperate need. Outside of Moss they had no one of real worth. Garcon is obviously a great addition and Morgan is a promising player who just caught a few bad breaks in SanFran. Royal is depth I guess and good on the return like you said.

I like Garcon, I hope he does well. I remember him blowing up the jets in the AFC game a few years back.

Tim Hightower- 5 games, 84 carries, 321 yards, 3.8 yards per carry, and 1 TD.

Roy Helu- 15 games 151 carries 640 yards ,4.2 yards per carry, and 2 TD.

Evan Royster- 6 games, 56 carries, 328 yards, and 5.9 yard per carry.

They all had promising years and if Shanahan plays them right next season, which he often does with his RBs, they could be even more troublesome for defenses than they where last year.

And if you think Garcon is a 3rd string caliber guy well,. He put up career highs across the board without Peyton. I think any receiver that puts up 1,000 yards and 6TDs with Curtis Painter should be considered more than a number 3. He can and likely will be the go to guy for RG3, which will make things easier for Moss who can still put up good numbers.

Don't get me wrong the Skins still have a ways to go before being Super Bowl contenders but I think this offseason puts them at a solid chance of making the playoffs.

Tbf, Royal is a bust and Morgan is a nobody. Garcon is a solid 2nd receiver ala Manningham. I'm skeptical as to wether he can step and earn that 40 mil contract.

Royal a bust? Hes been in the league four years and he's had 2 good seasons.Sure last season his numbers fell but look at who his QB was. Tebow couldn't throw the ball until the last 5 minutes of the game. Josh Morgan has been showing promise and got off to a good start last season until he broke his leg. Garcon is going to be the go to guy in D.C. which I think with the other solid weapons around him now he could certainly fill that role. He's not an Andre Johnson but he's certainly a big upgrade over what the Skins have had the past few years.

My thoughts on the three receivers.
Garcon is going to be a stud. He makes plays and he gets in to the heads of corners. He has a very good work ethic.
Royal can be good but he's more of a slot player or a screen receiver like Wes Welker style. He's good on punt and kickoff returns.
Josh Morgan is a third string talent. I don't dislike the guy, but I don't like the guy.

Will this be the best receiving core in the league, no. Probably not the division either. But it has me a bit worried. I hope RG3 has a "regular" rookie season. You know, pre-Rothelisberger rookie success. :P

Agreed it may not be the "sixy" WR core that the Giants have but it could be good enough if RG3 pans out and the O-line gets some more help. What it comes down to though is RG3, he has to be the QB people think he can be. He can't be average, he has to be great or all these moves are for nothing. Look at the Jets, they could very well be the a Super Bowl favorite if they had a top-tier QB and not Mark Sanchez.

Oh and VJack to Tampa is a go.

Skins apparently showing interest in Orton, not sure how I feel about that.

Yup just saw the Jackson signing. That's not a bad place for him.

Orton isn't terrible. I closer to Chicago than Green Bay and them being in the same division, I got to witness Orton quite a bit when he was taking the Bears into the playoffs. He is accurate and doesn't make too many mental mistakes. He is an above average game manager. I actually hope he signs with Dallas.

And I agree 100% on Sanchez. He is just flat out terrible.

Cortland Finnegan to St. Louis, guess he doesn't want Andre Johnson kicking the [censored] out of him again.

And Reggie Wayne stays with the Colts.

This is pretty interesting, especially for its potential impact for they whole Peyton thing.

That is surprising, and makes the Dolphins' trade of Marshall even more interesting as far as Manning goes.

There is no other number 1 WR out there right now. Phins aren't going to have any wideouts. What's Philbin doing? I would hate to be a Dolphins fan.

Carlos Rogers is staying with 49ers. I thought the Rams would target him, but them signing Finnegan tells us who's Fisher is making all the calls.
