i don't konw if is the right section for that, but "Diplomatic Immunity" and "Taking care of business" are not translate in Italian..
dunno if is the same for the other language..

I don't get it... shouldn't the 1.4 patch be avaiable for pc users by the end of this week i.e. in few hours? Or did i misunderstand the Beth post?

After reading that list of fixes, it looks like all of my issues with Skyrim will be resolved. I'll start a new game when the patch is available.

I hope I get some answers posting this here. No one really reply to my topic created for it:

The 1.4 changlog says that 'The White Phial' quest will start properly now, even after you have a Briarheart in your inventory, but 'The White Phial' quest has nothing to do with a Briarheart. 'Repairing the Phial' quest does. Did they mean 'Repairing the Phial' here? I'm having a problem with a Briarheart at the moment. If the patch is going to fix this, it will affect a lot of my decisions, and I might decide to just wait. If not, then I'll go ahead and do what I thought I should. Any answers are welcomed. But an official answer will be greatly appreciated.

Does the Noone Escapes Cidhna Mine fix also include, the guards continuously trying too arrest me? I submit and they just attempt it again, I can't do any of the jarl quests in Markarth or anything, if I ignore they all attack me, my bounty is like 20k, anyone else have this issue?

Small bug => when you have mission from Kodlak (Companions) to kill Glenmoor (don't remember their name) Witches and collect their heads, each head have a weight of 5 , but it doesnt count into your carry capacity. Small bug but game is full of bugs right now.
Next , if you kill Vigilants of Stendarr random patrol then return to Dragonsreach, Irileth and guards willl attack you (city guards don't only these inside Dragonsreach), with no bounty at all.

Just a question regarding this forecasted fix in the next 1.4 patch:

In “Forbidden Legend”, the amulet fragment can no longer disappear after player leaves a dungeon without taking it

I can't finish today the "Forbidden Legend" quest because i first did the geirmund's dungeon without starting this "Forbidden Legend" quest and so i killed the skeleton
without taking his amulet's part. After that when i started the quest, the 3rd amulet part was indicated as beeing in the Geirmund's lair but when i go back there
the quest cursor is pointing a location where nothing is present.
Would this patch allow the amulet part to come back in this dungeon or is it dead because the quest has already been started ?

I'd just wait few days if I was you and proceed further that quest once the patch is out.

Will 1.4 become accessible for russian version same time as english version? As you know 1C tends to delay patches and add their own things to them which does not always go well. Can staff answer this question?

The heads are quest objects and can not be dropped until after the companion quest line is finished. Not an bug.

Let's face it you can't play this game as intended. The best way to play is to NEVER go anywhere unless someone sends you there, or you might find something that breaks a quest. And even if you do that, more than one NPC sends you to many places so if you didn't talk to both of them the other one's quest can break. It's absolutely ridiculous to be honest. Makes you want to talk to every single NPC in the game before you go anywhere besides cities... Oh wait... we can't do that because they recommend we do quests AS THEY ARE GIVEN, due to the fact of the lag and save file issue, plus I don't want to play that way anyways. It's a broken loop that no matter what you do you will most likely run into trouble. Exploring is NOT recommended. Looting containers or picking up anything but a quest item you are currently looking for is NOT recommended. This game is tedious at best as it is... It's just no longer fun.

I will say it again as I've said it before... After patch 1.4 I will start a new game, and if I run into a lot of these broken aspects of the game again I will never play it again or buy another Bethesda product and I recommend you all do the same. The funny thing is, I already know from the release notes that many broke things aren't fixed... They had 5 years to make this game... they failed... they are a failure who is rich and wins awards... the world is a funny place. I predict they lose a lot of customers this time because enough is enough... And, I am also one of those people who WOULDN'T have bought this game (at least not for 6 months or so), if they wouldn't have flat out lied and told us the engine was different, and that the PS3 was on par with other systems and was getting special attention, which was just more lies. Scam artists who legally didn't do anything wrong. You gotta love it. Congratulations Bethesda you are amazing!

I would REALLY love a "hide your helmet" option, my argonian is too smexy to hide behind a helmet.

Still no fix for the problem with Thralls and disappearing bodies. This patch is a step in the right direction, but Necromancy still needs to be fixed.

EDIT: Just to clarify what I mean by "fixing necromancy." When you travel, you'll often lose your Thrall if you aren't excpetionally careful that they are sticking right near you. This happens even with Thralls of characters that were confirmed as permanent corpses. Fast traveling makes losing Thralls even worse. In addition to this problem, you'll lose bodies left and right when storing them in your home.

How do you store bodies in your home? Mine would always disappear after I left them in the house and came back later.

Oh, are they getting rid of the Fortify Restoration exploit? They better not, cause that is an exploit that should be left in. Like duplicating items in Oblivion.

Ash Piles: They will just be removed like corpse are after a while, probably 72 hours.

If you have Realtek Audio, and if you have motherboard based sound you probably do, then some have reported success using Realtek drivers and not the motherboard made drivers for the sound chips
